Two scenarios for the Gotham Rogues being worried about Batman... and Bruce Wayne.

Ivy destroyed some factories that were polluting the local wildlife, got confused that Batman didn't stop her and gathered some other rogues together because even if Batman is their enemy, they respect him a lot, appreciate how much he tries to help them reform and they know the world will be worse off without him. They comb the city, demanding answers from different people, doing a lot of property damage and scaring a lot of people before finds them and explains he didn't stop Ivy because no-one was in the factories she destroyed.

2. Some new villain kidnaps Brucie Wayne and the other villains flip out.

Mr. Newbadguy: Here my comrades I have... (He uncovers a tied up Bruce) Bruce Wayne!

Everyone else: WHAT!?!?

Five seconds later, Mr. Newbadguy is being choked by a vine and has Two-Face and Freeze's guns aimed at his head.

Harvey: You. Do. Not. Touch. My. Friend! (He goes over to Bruce and unties him) You okay, Bruce?

Bruce: Peachy, Harv!

Ivy: Do you realise the good he's done for the environment? The billions of trees and endangered species he's saved?

Freeze: You took Nora's biggest donor. Say your prayers.

Bruce: Uhhh... guys? I'm actually fine with him living-

Ivy: Easy for you to say. You value your life nearly as little as Batman.

Bruce: RUN, NEWBADGUY, RUN!!
