I don't think I could willingly make a primary platform switch NGL. I like Tumblr and will use it regularly, especially for personal and non political stuff, but i have spent several years growing my Twitter account and being part of several communities and I'd hate to lose it

I do plan on migrating my more apolitical/friendly side on here though, because seeing what Twitter is becoming has taught me that i need to be active on multiple platforms. I'm probably gonna step up my discord game too so feel free to add me at conquest#7394

This short story by Junji Ito is about a fault that appears in Amigara mountain after an earthquake. The earthquake exposes countless human-shaped holes in the mountain which seem to have been made about a thousand years ago. People, intrigued by these  silhouettes, gather at the site and that’s when things get creepy.

I was an intern at SpaceX years ago, back it when it was a much smaller company — after Elon got hair plugs, but before his cult of personality was in full swing. I have some insight to offer here.

Back when I was at SpaceX, Elon was basically a child king. He was an important figurehead who provided the company with the money, power, and PR, but he didn’t have the knowledge or (frankly) maturity to handle day-to-day decision making and everyone knew that. He was surrounded by people whose job was, essentially, to manipulate him into making good decisions.
