When I was like 14, I sat down to watch Dirty Dancing with my mom. I was enjoying this delightful tale of dancing dirtily when this scene hits. The back alley abortion scene where Baby’s friend almost DIES because she didn’t have access to a safe means of abortion. I saw that 15 years ago and it has stayed with me to this day.

The decision today to overturn Roe v. Wade means a lot more people will be seeing “doctors” who use “a dirty knife and a folding table.” It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. And when people start dying, it will be the direct result of the decision of those 6 assholes who truly believe they are morally superior.
