Yes, though they don’t play it together as much now as they did when Dipper was younger.
It’s one of the things the two of them share that makes it so hard for Dipper to part with his grandfather completely, because when they play it’s for fun and it’s nice, and Dipper can almost forget that this man is controlling and abusive and power-hungry. It calls more on the man that welcomed Dipper and Mabel into his home when even their parents didn’t want them, the man that puts a hand on his shoulder and tells him with complete sincerity that he has greatness in his future, the man that still carries an inhaler in his pocket even though Dipper’s asthma hasn’t acted up in years.
It’s why it’s so easy for Dipper to fall into this mindset that Mabel has it so much worse than him, that Mabel needs to get out of their home because the environment is toxic for her, but what Ford does to him is just him pushing him hard, is just high expectations. It’s one of many reasons why part of Dipper still loves his grandpa, even though he also hates him for what he does to Mabel, even though Dipper knows he’s a terrible person beyond redemption.
As for Dipper’s relationship with Wendy, before she died he knew her more as Gideon’s older sister than anything else, which soured any crush he might have otherwise developed. Plus, Dipper is more highbrow and rule-oriented than his canon-counterpart, so her directionless rebellion and lazy attitude grated on him more than they appealed, and even if they hadn’t, Wendy wouldn’t have given him the time of day, anyway, because he’s a snooty know-it-all Northwest with no concept of fun, as far as she’s concerned. At best, they respected each other’s concern for their sibling(s).
I spent a lot of time today thinking about how, when they finally get together, at first every kiss Paz gives Dipper probably feels like a wonderful surprise to him.

Dipper knows how much Mabel loves Halloween, so he makes sure to sneak her out of the house every year to go trick or treating, even if he privately feels too old for it. Mabel gets pick of the costumes, because this is something Dipper does for her, and he would do anything for her-- even dress as a Team Flare grunt from pokemon, silly bright red hairdo and all.
Dipper’s only stipulation is that Mabel’s costume hides her identity, so they usually have a combination of wigs, masks, face paint and hoods.
The general idea is that during a fall break, the Pines family decides to go on a trip visiting different places in Oregon. Paz wants to take the opportunity to break into a massive research facility owned by the Northwest family in an attempt to expose Stanley’s ongoing illegal experiments. Her parents allow Candy and Grenda to come, and after the events of NMM, Mabel is staying with them, so she’s along for the ride as well. Dipper finds this distressing, because it means he’s going to be stuck alone in Gravity Falls with no one but his grandfather for company, when Stanley is even around.
Then, the day before break begins Paz comes up to Dipper after school and tells him she’s talked her parents into letting him come as well, because she figures he’d want to spend the break with his sister now that she’s not living with him anymore. It’s a huge surprise to him, because he never even asked her, or talked about it, or brought up how uncomfortable (or lonely) the thought of Mabel leaving Gravity Falls without him made him feel. Dipper thanks her, and she just smiles and oh man, oh man, has her smile always been that nice?
Naturally, he spends the night freaking out over the phone with Mabel, who tells him to chill out and just let her know how he feels.
What follows is a bunch of events in which Dipper awkwardly attempts to be nicer to Paz and tell her that he maybe, kind of, sort of…likes…her…?
In the end, the two of them nearly die while in the research facility, and once Grenda, Candy and Mabel save the day, Dipper pulls her aside before they head into their hotel. He spills how he feels about her, how he’s always respected her even when he thought he hate her, how he thinks he only ever hated her because she always did whatever she wanted and it made him so, so jealous because he could never be that way, how he thinks she’s incredible and capable and so strong and nice and a million times better than he could ever be. Dipper admits that he knows he doesn’t deserve her, not after everything he’s done to her, not when he’s still too afraid to leave his grandfather behind, but it doesn’t change how he feels.
Before his courage fails him, he kisses her cheek and prepares to get decked in the face. Instead, he gets pulled into a hug.
Then Paz tells him that he’s right–he’s done a lot of mean things to her, things she’s not exactly over yet, things he hasn’t made up for yet. But that doesn’t make him somehow infinitely terrible, because he is changing for the better, and the boy he’s becoming is wonderful. She tells him that she deserves better than the boy Dipper used to be, but she thinks maybe the boy Dipper is becoming has much better chances. She doesn’t tell him yes, not yet, but she tells him some day soon, when she’s been well and properly wooed and Dipper can look at himself and see that he’s not the person he used to be.
(Also, there is a side plot in which Mabel, Candy and Grenda bond, and the two of them help Mabel relearn how to socialize and function around strangers)
Because of what bill said in the newest episode about his dimension decaying it makes me think of your version of bill look like he stayed in his dimension too long
Haha, yeah, it was pretty funny to hear that I made Bill's situation in this verse almost completely opposite to his situation in canon.Either he's stuck in a decaying mindscape and looking for a physical form or he's stuck in a decaying physical form looking to reconnect with the mindscape. Anyway it goes, I guess he's in a bit of a predicament!
Naturally, Paz latches onto any holiday that lets her dress as heroically as she feels on a daily basis. Also naturally, she can’t help but get a little cheeky--she’s fixed Power Girl’s boob window conudrum for you, DC
