A letter to anyone who's ever thought about suicide (I'm keeping this not cheesy for all you vegans i mean what)
Even if you’ve only thought about it once, please do me a favour. Yes, I’m a total stranger, but please, at least read this. Write a list of reasons to stay alive, because you’ll never know when you’ll need it. It doesn’t matter if the only thing there is “the sky is pretty” or “my cat” or “bobby" or “travelling to Guatemala is on my bucket list” or “anna”. Just please do this. This tiny thing had helped me a lot, and i have three things on it. quantity doesn’t matter. Please.
