Have you ever found any of your body glitter in... awkward places?
"Well... I was doing Steven's laundry once, and when I pulled a pair of his pants out of the dryer, a puff of glitter fell out of them..."

Coming Home || Steven and Wallace
Steven miraculously snoozed (of course, he slept just like a rock; how fitting) throughout Wallace’s entire yelling session, remaining blissfully unaware of the angered man pounding heavily on his front door. The most he did was shift his body slightly to the left, wrinkling his suit more than it already was.
A few minutes after Wallace had entered the room, draping his precious cape over Steven’s sleeping form, he finally began to wake. Confused by the feeling of an unfamiliar weight on top of him, the stone collector reached out his hands to grasp the fabric of the cape, immediately recognizing it as his best friend’s.
“… Wallace?”
Then, where was the water-type trainer? No where to be seen, apparently. Glancing down at the cape once again, Steven carefully lifted it up into the air, folding it over one of his arms as he slowly stood to his feet. “Where are you?” he called, glancing around curiously.
As soon as Steven had vocalized Wallace's name, a loud clatter could be heard from the tiny kitchen, followed a few second later by a cheery face popping out from around the wall.
"Finally woke up?" Wallace asked brightly, eyes flickering minutely to the cape draped over Steven's arm for a moment. "It's seven thirty, so I'm making...tryingto make dinner. You probably haven't eaten today, right?"
Try was the key word there. Wallace could barely make cereal, and would probably end up somehow messing up the box of pasta he'd found in the kitchen, as simple as the instructions on the back were.
"You didn't... I mean, I thought it would be alright if I let myself in. Your father called me to let me know you were in Hoenn."
The words were airy, but there was a definite resentment in Wallace's eyes at the last bit, but... he was allowed to be bitter, wasn't he? He hadn't seen Steven in almost a year, and here he was coming home without telling Wallace.
Oh god please yes! <3<3<3<3
I think you should just tie Steven up and have your way with him, darling. He'll notice you that way.
"It's--it's not a matter of making him notice me! And really, would that be appropriate? I'm not going to force myself on my closest friend out of some silly infatuation. Like I've said before, I wouldn't jeopardize our relationship like that."
Coming Home || Steven and Wallace
Returning home anytime soon was certainly not on Steven’s schedule.
When his father rung him up pleading for him to come for business matters, he hadn’t any other choice but to catch the next flight from Unova to Hoenn. However, by the time that he made it to Rustboro City to lend his expterise to the heads of Devon Corp, they had already sorted their issues on their own behalf, making his trip feel entirely fruitless. Besides the fact that he was able to spend an afternoon catching up with Mr. Stone afterwards, he wasn’t sure what else he could do before he left again.
Considering his closest friend was likely busy with his own activities, he didn’t want to bother notifying Wallace that he was in Hoenn when he planned to leave again the following morning. After eating lunch with his father, he bid him farewell, deciding that he would spend the remainder of the day at his first and foremost home in Mossdeep City. Traveling via his Skarmory, he arrived in the familiar city a couple of hours later where he quietly landed as to not disturb the locals.
Knowing that his place would likely be covered in dust since it’d been a long time since he last visited, he unlocked the front door slowly and almost warily, as if he was afraid of the emptiness inside. Stepping in the silent house with a sigh, Steven glanced around from the ceilling to the floor, to the shelves in the distance and to the kitchen entrance. He had forgotten how small this place was, although there wasn’t exactly a need for it to be any bigger when it was intended to be his private, secluded home only for himself. Few knew the house belonged to him and even less were given a key to access it.
Finding his favorite red couch with a small smile, Steven plopped down with a breath of relief. Closing his eyes blissfully, he leaned his back against the soft material, remaining like that until he slowly but surely began to doze off into a light slumber.
A few hours later, the entire population of Mossdeep would be deeply troubled by the screeching man practically beating down the odd Stone man's door, yelling petty insults at the top of his lungs.
"Steven Stone, for the love of--!Open up, you piece of Magikarp--Iknowyou're in there, yourfathercalled me to let me know you're in the region!Your father!Did it ever occur to you that I wanted to see you too?!"
Wallace took a deep breath, still in a fighting stance and staring at the door as if it were the most obnoxious League challenger in the world.
Okay. So Steven wasn't answering. What were his other options? Didn't he have a...?
Flushing red and feeling rather stupid, the Water-type trainer fished around in an inside pocket of his bag for the spare key to this very house, that Steven had given him when he'd bought the place.
Stupid. Right. He had a key all along.
Wallace let himself into the tiny, dust-covered home, looking around for...
"...Steven?"
Oh. And now he felt very foolish about the yelling as well. There, asleep on the slightly faded red couch, was Steven Stone, suit rumpled and in a slightly uncomfortable looking sitting position.
Wallace closed the door softly behind himself, and he crossed the room to lean over Steven on the couch, absently unfastening the white and teal cape hanging around his neck--and he draped it over Steven's sleeping form, any hard looks absent from his eyes now, a kiss to Steven's forehead.
Wallace sighed. "You really need to get better about this social thing," he confided in his sleeping friend. "The least you could have done was call me. I haven't seen you in a year."

I'm so sorry I haven't been on like at all this week! School suddenly crept up with tests, and the theatre production I'm in opened last weekend, so I've been fairly busy...
I'm going to try to get to at least replying to the threads I've got sometime tonight (augh, Cynthia and Steven I love you!), buuut no promises. I'll definitely be on this weekend~
Welcome all, to Wallace's 1st annual Halloween Costume Smash!
The doors to the league villa were thrown open, the beginnings of a party starting to manifest--most guests were on their way or had just arrived, refreshments available on one side of the room and a few zombified waiters in tattered tuxes stationed throughout, offering champagne in clawed glasses to the party-goers (a few flutes of juice were set aside for those underage). The villa itself was decked out in fake cobwebs and tattered hangings, the lights masked under eerie filters and an ominous soundtrack playing softly in the background.
Everything was perfect, Wallace reflected, as he stood at the loft, gazing out fondly over the cobweb-ridden banisters at the scene. Yes, everything was perfect except one thing.
Wallace himself had had next to no time to pull a costume together for himself (an influx of League challengers over the past few days had divided his time and attention). But... he had a few things in mind he could make due with.
So as soon as things at the party started to get rolling, Wallace quietly fled back to his room to get dressed.
And... oh, yes, he thought, as he examined himself in the mirror...
...Even if he didn't put much effort into it, this would be fun.
((Notes from the mun:
Hey guys! In case you missed my post about it, Wallace is throwing a costume party, which this is the starting post for!
The festivities will go until midnight PST on Friday, to give everyone the chance to have fun!
Oh, and uh... don't forget to make your own threads to visit with other guests, and don't reply to this one!! If you want a starter with Wallace, just message me!
Have fun~!))

Rock Collecting || Wallace & Cynthia
Let it be heard that Wallace very strongly disliked rocks.
Maybe it was some traumatic forgotten event from his childhood come back to haunt him, or maybe rocks were just stupid and uninteresting, or… maybe it was some latent jealousy towards rocks for stealing all of Steven’s time when it would better be spent with Wallace… but whichever it was, it wasn’t as if he didn’t try! Anyways, there were plenty of trainers who fancied rocks—Byron, Roark, Clay… Steven. It couldn’t hurt to get on some common ground.
So he headed to Sinnoh because he heard it was the thing to do, if you were to, you know, fancy rocks. Apparently they had a stellar Underground system—though he had excused himself an hour into his friendly chat and Oreburg museum visit with Roark.
So he was here. In Mount Coronet. Training and trying to figure this thing out.
It wasn’t as if it really mattered, Wallace reflected, as his prize Luvdisc Elizabeth took down the third Probopass in a row, but he did tend to get stuck on things, and because his friendship with Steven was concerned, this rock matter was Very Serious Business indeed.
…And he didn’t notice the small portion of the wall collapsing until it was too late to be alarmed by it. Elizabeth, however, who apparently had caused the event due to prodding the rock there with her tail, made an alarmed cooing sound and skirted around behind Wallace, who watched in some confusion as instead of the wall completely collapsing… a small dust cloud rained down to the cave floor, and sitting there in the middle of it, was a small blue stone.
He inched closer, curious, a tentative hand out to pick the gem up. It was small and deep sapphire blue, cut like a stereotypical diamond, and nothing like any precious gem Wallace had ever encountered. If anything, it looked like a tiny Water Stone, the type you might evolve your Pokemon with, which might explain why it had simply showed up in a dust cloud fully formed and spotless.
“Pretty. But I wonder what it is,” Wallace mused out loud, though Elizabeth just cooed in response, nudging the gem with her nose. Wallace only took a few steps back to take in the bigger picture of the cave wall the dust cloud had come from—when the heel of one of his white boots got caught in the cave floor, sending him toppling backwards with a yell into one of the many shallow pools that populated Mount Coronet.
…Just as he could hear footsteps from around the bend.
Perfect.
It was like any other day for the champion. Wake up, skip breakfast, head straight for work, then do something completely unproductive for the rest of the day. But today was different, today she decided to head to Coronet for one of those “I need to contemplate on my life choices” moments. That, and because she felt the need to research the Spear Pillar more since Lance kept berating her about it.
Scaling the mountain wasn’t really much of a challenge for her since she does it almost every other week. It had actually come to a point where she began wearing heels. Sure something Steven would call her out on if ever he found out, but she could honestly care less. She knew Coronet like the back of her hand anyway, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for her to either get hurt or get lost.
“Hmm…such a peaceful day today…”
The Spear Pillar was almost like a happy place for her. A place to get away from all her stress. But with the sound of a falling wall in the background, the champion couldn’t help but take a peek and see what happened. Usually she’s find interesting things in the rubble of a collapsed wall, but this time she found…
“Body sparkles, really? What on earth are you doing here?”
Hoenn’s pretty boy.
Wallace immediately flushed a dark pink as he fully comprehended the situation: He was sitting soaking wet in a pool of probably stagnant water, covered in dust, all for some stupid blue rock... oh yes, and he has been found as such by Cynthia, the Sinnoh Champion who was almost as fabulous as he was.
He opened his mouth to somehow excuse his situation or perhaps just make an excuse to leave, but all that came out was an (obviously false):
"I do not wear body sparkles!"
...Just when he thought things couldn't get any more humiliating.

Please tag all posts regarding the party with "wallace's halloween party 2012" for convenience purposes~

why don't you make Steven wearing only your cape a reality?
"You say that like you don't think I've tried, Anon-san. He's like a... like a rock when it comes to my advances. No. I wouldn't ruin our friendship by pushing too hard. I care for him far too much."
