quiet down;
OPEN
For the past hour there had been a commotion in the gardens of the Parfum Palace. Crashes, bangs and at one point an explosion echoed across the grounds. While he was halfway through a tour the worst of it had occurred, causing both him and the visitors to stare in astonishment. Since he was closest to the garden, Gabe palmed off the group to another tour guide and hurried off to see was going on.
Occasionally battles were held here. Trainers used the wider lawns as a battle arena but it was generally frowned upon by snobbier folk who preferred it to be quiet. Gabe wasn’t a snob himself, but he certainly preferred silence over the current noise.
Several trainers had scattered and left, only one person remaining in the area.
“You know,” he started, pausing to adjust his tie in frustration. “We pay a lot of money to keep this place intact. This isn’t a second Battle Chateau.”
