Hello everybody! I'm alive! I'm back for spring and summer! As usual, I cannot guarantee fics and a ton of pastel party, but I'm happy to say I'm into One piece again! (The live action reminded how ungrateful I've been to the original) Naruto as well, so I'm gonna do my best. Maybe even start posting works in progress? Happy spring everyone🌻
(As for the 4 pictures, I couldn't decide on a background😛)
I found another one of these picrews by the same person, so I had a little fun. Hope everyone has a good Valentines day!💌 I gotta drop a drabble one of these days🤔
I'm back with another anime rant post😤 Today's DNR (do not recommend) is...
100 girlfriends that really love you
Disclaimer⚠️ Spoilers, rude language, age differences brought up, slander and if you really like this series (and know about ALL the girls) DNI. Read at your own risk🤓
I'm sure plenty of people have good reviews on the series and honestly they're not too far off. The manga is very comedic and they tend to break the fourth wall alot like Deadpool. But, it can also have sweet yet wholesome moments with the girls. And I thought it gave equal time to ALL the girls, but book three proved me wrong.
Now, all our harem standards are different I'm sure. But, if you draw the same line at humongous age gaps, this post is a good warning for you.
Beware of Hakari's MOTHER, Hahari.
Not only is a M.I.L.F already an eyebrow raising choice to add into a high school harem, but she's the mom of the horniest girl there. Which means she's equally horny, if not more due to having an adult libido. I don't find her story compelling as she threw away her teen life for a dying guy she liked and literally impregnated herself his sperm, just to have something from him. Seemed borderlining on obsession than love to me.
And she finds MC just so cute and the other girls. But, she's literally a 29 year old woman! I know cute can be used for lovers too, but he shouldn't even be a lover. It's giving pedophile. From what I saw when I was looking up gifs for this post, she even starts attending their highschool. A grown woman!
Not to her daughter hates that she's there. If I liked a guy (or was in a odd willing harem) I'd be pissed my mom joined too. So as of today, I'm officially done reading the series. If you're in the process of reading/watching the series, I hoped this help you. But, if you don't mind a M.I.L.F, I hope you enjoy the rest of the series. I wish I could too.
(Side note, if 18+ or suggestive themes make you uncomfortable, this series is also not for you. Despite the Mc and harem being minors a lot of low key naughty stuff happen between them. And of course, they joked about sex with the M.I.L.F. Seriously this book is a trap, don't read it if you haven't already.)
I was surfing Pinterest yesterday and found a sleeping picrew! Unfortunately there's not a lot of hairstyles for the guy, so have fun with gal's design! Link here 😴
Today is the final day of fall🍁 Here's a chilly Ichigo and Orihime
To be honest, this was probably the worst one of my life. Family issues, body issues, birthday parties and WISDOM teeth surgery nearly swallowed me up, but I survived. My hands hurt like hell now, but I'm determined to make winter better. Thanks for all the little hearts🧡
Despite the cuteness of the thumbnail and name, this one actually got a lot ANGSTIER than intended. ⚠️Bullying is the main theme in this fic and violence is brought up for both characters⚠️ If this makes you uncomfortable, I recommend you enjoy something lighter🤓
Orihime had never been the lucky type. She was born with orange hair and from abusive parents. Her brother had saved her and for a while they were happy, but then the inevitable bullying began at her new school. She was spotted by an evil girl named Loly, after a certain handsome sensei helped her out with an assignment. Hair pulling is awful, but not as bad the slapping. And no embarrassing video has been taken yet, so there's still a bright side to all this!
But…it's a lot of work to keep it from Sora. Makeup is helpful, but he's bound to wonder why she's late sometimes. But, she vowed to keep smiling, no matter what.
Although, it'd be nice if someone new came along and gave her a real reason to smile.
Maybe even the confidence to stand up for herself.

“That'll be 15.24, Orihime.”
The polite old man (Mr. Saikawa) from behind the counter said. Orihime nodded and began to rummage through her bag. She was at the local bakery. AB cookies. At night. Normally the ginger would think twice before going out at night, (unless accompanied by Sora) but it wasn't her choice.
Loly was having the famous Espada over her house tonight and Orihime was in charge of buying snacks. Again. She's glad it's not too often though. Otherwise, Mr Saikawa and the other nice old people would get suspicious.
“Having a few friends over, red?”
He asked, setting the bills in the cash register.
“Mm-hm.”
Orihime (unfortunately) lied with a smile.
“I finally got the courage to talk to that one girl, Tatsuki, and she's over for tea.”
It hurt to see him smile and say he was happy to hear that, but she'd rather him smile from a lie than cry from the sad truth. Just like Sora. As he went on talking about how it's good for children her age to have fun, Orihime looked at the clock.
Her bully said she had exactly 20 minutes to get party food. The ginger already bought drinks, takeout and plates in the span of 10 minutes, but she only has 10 left! She can't be late. If she gets slapped tonight, the redness won't go down before her big brother gets home! Or worse, she'll get punched.
So she thought up a plan.
Dramatically, Orihime groaned and hugged her stomach. Mr. Saikawa jumped.
“Orihime! Are you alright?”
She nodded in fake pain.
“I'm fine, I'm fine.”
“I just shouldn't have drank so much milk earlier is all.”
The old man's eyebrows raised. Either he's experienced milk induced stomach pains too or like normal people, is disturbed by the sight of someone struggling not poop.
“Sorry to hold you up, child.”
He said, tying the straps of the bag into a butterfly knot. He held the bag out and smiled sympathetically.
“Hope you make it in time.”
Orihime had to fight the urge to laugh at his remark. Even though she's a girl, toilet humor tickles her funny bone. She nodded in thanks and trudged to the door. The night air was cold, but she didn't have time to shiver. She's on the clock.
With a grunt, she picked up the bags and ran down the sidewalk. Running with heavy stuff and in the autumn breeze was hard, but Orihime pushed forward.
She only stopped when she reached the crosswalk. She panted and looked at her watch. 6 minutes passed.
“Darn it.”
She sighed. She's still somehow not fast enough. But, she won't give up. She can't. The light switched and Orihime sighed of relief. Once across the street, it's a straight shot to Loly's house. Then straight home.
She stepped on one of the white stripes of the road, but froze when she saw who was on the other side. 3 BURLY guys from the infamous gang, the Hollows. They were all in black hoodies and those terrifying masks she's only seen on the news. They're responsible for numerous “disappearances” and the death of a few poor cats. But, unfortunately for Karakura town, the police can never get solid proof of their crimes. And no one sees them unless you're the next victim!
Which Orihime prays she isn't!
She took a deep breath and walked forward. Slowly yet steadily. Luckily they were doing the same. Maybe they're actually just walking across and not gonna chop her up into little Orihime chunks! Despite her internal panicking, she breathed normally and kept her eyes on the other side. (Which was a mini mart)
The time to pass them by came quick, but she kept her cool and-
“Eek!”
Tripped. Of all the times to trip over her own feet, fate chose now.
“Oof!”
The fall was painful, but fear trumped pain quickly. What did the Hollows think of this!? Is this disrespectful? Will they laugh? Demand her to get up and go with them!? She sat up and wiped the gravel off her face. What's she gonna do? Even if she survives, Loly will still punish her for being late.
Then Sora will be worried and it'll only go downhill from there.
!!!
Suddenly, Orihime felt dizzy. Was…was she having a panic attack again? No. It feels different than this. This feels…faint. Like she's going to. She fell back, but instead of landing back on the floor, her back hit a log of a leg. Her hazy eyes caught sight of the gang members mask.
Oh no, they did this to her.
She was picked up like a doll and slung over one of the Hollows' large shoulders. The ginger felt her heart breaking. Her luck was often terrible, but she didn't think it'd eventually kill her! She never got to talk to Tatsuki. Stand up to Loly and (maybe) Menoly. Graduate and make her brother proud. Or…get married and be a baker. All her dreams and regrets were coming at once and Orihime fought to keep her eyes open.
But, it was no use. She was going to die and leave her brother all alone…
She wished…she could've lived more…
• 🩸
“Hey, hey.”
...Was that a voice?
“Come on, you have to be okay.”
“I was really careful this time.”
A guy one! Orihime was confused. Not only is she (sorta) conscious, but wasn't she murdered by Karakura's most wanted?
“Maybe I should just drop her off at the hospital?”
The hospital!? She definitely doesn't wanna go there! Like Dracula waking up to stalk the night, she sprang up.
“No need! I feel perfectly fine-!”
Before Orihime could laugh and say she was okay, she saw her savior.
He…he had orange hair too. But it was lighter than hers. It nearly touched his shoulders too. He had a sharp jawline, slightly full lips and sharp eyes, that harbored intimidating yet warm brown eyes. But those were only his human features.
Peeking from under his top lip were two little fangs. Pale skin. Pointed ears (that Orihime hoped could wiggle) And two dark wings flapping slightly. Despite the world's most handsome guy in front of her eyes, she just sighed.
With her trademark smile, she spoke:
“So I really did die.”
Though her heart is in pieces, she's comforted by the fact such a handsome grim reaper was gonna be guiding her to the afterlife.
The mystery guy gasped.
“What? No, no!”
He said, waving his hands.
“You were getting abducted by Hollows and I saved you.”
He scratched his spiky hair and gave Orihime a sheepish look.
“Hopefully without any scratches or bruises?”
The carrot top was really hoping she wasn't. He caught the disguised demons quickly, but they still had her in an alley. An alley! Luckily, the girl he rescued shook her head.
“No bruises or scratches on me.”
She chuckled. Orihime felt a pang of surprise. For the first time in months, she not only told the truth, but was actually okay. Huh. She forcibly pulled her eyes away from the handsome devil's (she's assuming he's a different creature. Maybe he just like cosplay) and looked around. Her heart sank.
Where are the snacks!?
(Somehow) Keeping her cool, she took a deep breath and looked up at the ginger in front of her.
“Excuse me, um,”
She forgot to ask for his name! Or give out hers! Luckily, he smiled. Well, as much as a boy would.
“Kurosaki, Ichigo Kurosaki.”
He nearly stuck out his hand to offer to shake hers, but…his palms are sweaty now. He'd totally gross her out! Orihime nodded in response and smiled. Yet fear showed in her eyes. Ichigo raised an eyebrow. Was it something he did?
“Did you by any chance see any shopping bags? On the street maybe?”
Orihime prayed he would say ‘yes’ and that he had the snacks safely somewhere else.
But…he shook his head.
He scratched his orange hair and sighed.
“I saw a few, but only the bakery stuff was fine.”
Some cars probably ran over the food unintentionally after he saved her. Hoping to raise the mood a bit, he held up the AB cookies bag.
“At least you can still have tea with someone, y'know?”
He wouldn't mind accompanying her, himself. He didn't humans could be this beautiful-
Ichigo's thoughts were abruptly interrupted when he heard sniffling. His eyes widened. The girl he saved was crying! But, with a smile.
“H-hey.”
He asked softly. (And stuttered) He took a cautious step forward.
“Are you okay?”
The strawberry felt dumb the moment the words left his mouth. Of course, she's not okay! She's crying with a broken smile. He set the bag on the bench next to her and carefully sat down. He wasn't sure what to do. He doesn't know her personally, unlike his younger sisters, so hugging is definitely out of the picture.
Aha!
He knew what to do. Gently, he unhooked her fingers from her poor skirt and just held her hand.
That was the absolute WRONG thing to do, because she burst into tears! Ichigo cursed and looked around nervously. What should he do!? Luckily, he didn't have to find an answer, because Orihime smushed her face against his chest and continued sobbing.
Orihime herself didn't know what was wrong with her. She had a feeling she probably wouldn't have made it anyway, but…but..!
It wasn't about the dumb snacks or stupid Loly. It was her hiding crashing down on her. Hiding her hair. Hiding her personality from her classmates. Hiding from Tatsuki. Hiding her hatred towards the Arancar. And worst of all, hiding from her brother!
Everything's not fine!
It's not fine!
She's not fine!
• 🩸
“So, are you feeling better now?”
Ichigo asked, sympathetically. (And nervously)
“At least a little?”
Orihime nodded and wiped her eyes. He sighed in relief. That's great. After she started crying in his shirt, store clerks appeared. And she must be really popular with the old people around here, because they immediately assumed he made her cry. Not only did he have to painfully absorb his vampiric features as to not frighten anyone, but he had to explain what happened too!
Luckily, one sweet old woman said he sounded honest and he was let go. After that, he gently picked up the upset girl and flew to a nearby rooftop. The view was great up there. (And he couldn't ask her where she lived yet) It was just the sound of adorable sniffles and cars passing by when she eventually asked for a piece of cake. Preferably the chocolate and green tea slice.
He was glad she was somewhat munching her problems away, but his pesky curiosity wanted to know what set her off earlier. Luckily, his mouth granted him a different question.
“What's your name?”
A bit blunt for someone who just stopped crying only minutes ago, but he held his breath. Hoping she'd still engage him. Orihime set her plastic fork down and stared down at her slice of cake.
“Inoue. Orihime Inoue.”
She chuckled in her throat. This was the first time in a while she introduced herself to someone that wasn't older than her. She forgot the feeling. Ichigo's cheeks burned. A beautiful name for a beautiful girl. He doesn't meet too many girls like that. Or talk to many anyway.
“So, ‘Weaving Princess’?”
He looked over at her and smiled.
“That's a nice name.”
Now it was Orihime's turn to blush. She heard Sora say it was beautiful before, but hearing from a guy her age was a lot different!
(Not to mention, he knows the meaning!)
“‘Strawberry’ is nice too.”
Ichigo raised an eyebrow. Usually when someone calls him ‘Strawberry’ it's an insult. But, she said it was nice. He hasn't heard something like that since he was still human.
A gust of wind blew by and he noticed in the corner of his eye Orihime hugged her sweater tighter. His heart pounded in his chest. He should be focusing on making her feel better, not Shoujo scenarios! But…offering his own jacket will do that, right? Humans need warmth, right?
Ichigo didn't wait for his brain to argue with him. More. He quickly shrugged off his jean jacket and held it out to the princess.
“I just threw this on, it's not important to me or anything.”
He explained a bit too quickly. Ah, he's a mess tonight. Orihime gave him a little smile. But, instead of putting on the jacket, she just held it close to her chest. Her mind felt like it was in the mixing bowl. On one hand, she's terrified to go to school tomorrow and explain to Sora why she wasn't home. But on the other, she's kinda on her first date with a really nice guy. Who not only has orange hair, but can fly too.
(Looks like her demon theory wasn't wrong earlier)
She's grateful and terrified at the same time. And a bit remorseful too. Feeling her eyes well up, she quickly wiped them. That got the vampire’s attention. He quickly looked around for a napkin, but Orihime was quick to stop him.
“I'm okay, I'm okay.”
She squeaked. Ichigo's wings quit their flaring and folded back onto his…back. He chuckled. He barely knows Orihime, yet here he is fussing over her and going out of his way to make her comfortable. He leaned back on his hands and waited for her to talk when ready. From the locked gaze on her long skirt again, she's got something on her mind.
“I…”
She took a deep breath. She's a big girl! Orihime can do this without crying again.
“I wanna apologize to you, Ichigo.”
His ears perked up. Literally. Apologize? He wanted to ask ‘for what' but he's reining in his usual bluntness just for her tonight. The (female) ginger gripped Ichigo's jacket tighter and continued.
“You've done so much for tonight, yet I almost got you in trouble.”
Through her tears earlier, she heard Miss Suzuki, Mr. Saikawa and others assume Ichigo made her cry, when she was actually upset about something entirely different. Not to mention, he salvaged the sweets she bought and she got to eat them herself. Orihime wiped her eyes again.
“I'm sorry my bad luck nearly rubbed off on you. You've been kinder to me than anyone else has in a long time.”
Remember how Ichigo promised himself not to be himself earlier? Well, the bandaid flew off the moment he heard Orihime wasn't living the happy life he assumed she'd have. He once again unfurled her hands and took them into his own. The size difference wasn't pervy like in tv, but it was nice how they seemed to connect like puzzle pieces.
He took a deep breath. Hopefully, she doesn't angry.
“Orihime,”
He stared into her big, hazel, eyes and prayed his face didn't turn red.
“What's your life like?”
• 🩸
“So from what you told me, some chick named Loly is bullying you because of your hair, and most likely from you not crying.”
“And you're afraid to tell your brother, because you don't want to add more to his already full plate.”
Ichigo looked down at Orihime (who he was holding like a doll)
“Did I get all that right?”
She nodded. She was on her 3rd piece of cake and her tears had dried onto her flushed cheeks. The carrot top was currently flying her home. Now that Orihime had spilled all her pent up feelings, she asked him to take her home so she could collapse in bed. So Ichigo picked her up and is flying extra cautiously since the way is a bit far. And she's eating.
Now knowing all the pieces of her sad puzzle, Ichigo was brewing up an answer. Some of her issues reminded him of his own and others made him think of his sister's problems.
So, he decided to tackle the one they shared.
The orange head of hair.
“Y'know, back when I was human,”
Basically a kid. His changes started when puberty hit.
“I used to get picked on a lot too.”
The kids were terrible! He was literally pushed into a river once just because he wanted to look for cicadas with them.
“It got so bad, my parents eventually signed me up for Karate."
Karate? Orihime repeated in her head. That must explain why he was able to beat up all those Hollows. Although, he assumed he just used really cool vampire magic. She pulled a milk bun from the bag and took a bite. Still listening, by the way.
“It was really hard. This one girl, Tatsuwa, didn't take it easy on me at all. But, as time went on, my resolve got stronger and stronger.”
That was inevitable because he had two baby sisters to look after at the time, but he's trying to help Orihime.
“And once school was back in session, I was able to defend myself. But, I didn't win every fight.”
Physically, at least.
“Some kids had friends. Some brought rocks with them. But as I got punched relentlessly, I realized something.”
He unintentionally held Orihime a little tighter. And she looked up at him. Not from pain, but anticipation.
“Those brats were just pathetically lashing out on me because of their own issues.”
In her case, that girl's just jealous of her. The ginger in his arms is really pretty and has a pretty infectious smile. Not to mention, she has really big…um…
Not important.
“In the end, I realized no matter what the outcome of the fights was, I'd always win.”
Ichigo found himself suddenly smiling.
“Because I was happy in my own skin. And that's all that mattered.”
Orihime gasped and her heart suddenly felt swollen. In…in a good way. Oh, how could she have been so blind? Loly's mean words didn't matter. (Her insults never made much sense anyway.) Not only because Sora has told her she was beautiful before (Even with short hair) but because she used to think so too. She used to really like brushing her hair and buying striped stockings.
But all that stopped once she let it. (Although, the violence really influenced her to keep quiet) Orihime sighed and put her free hand over Ichigo's. His heart skipped a beat, but he hoped she didn't notice. Although, how could she not? Her back is against his chest!
But, he wasn't done yet.
“And…and don't worry about your brother.”
Agh, he's starting to choke!
“As a big brother too, I know he cares about you no matter what.”
And from how he got her away from their terrible parents, he definitely wants her to be safe too!
"So don't be too afraid of the outcome."
Sora doesn't sound like the "angry because I care" type. (Unlike him) He soared over the news building and Orihime's hair temporarily blinded him. He sputtered, but laughed. This is the first time he flew with someone who was awake. It's an interesting experience.
As Ichigo struggled with her hair, Orihime was in deep thought. Just the thought of spilling the beans to Sora was nerve wracking. But…the American quote ‘Honesty is the best policy’ rang true. Telling the truth is a lot easier than jumping through hoops to keep up a lie. She took a deep breath and clenched her fists.
(And unintentionally squished her last bit of bread)
“Thank you, Ichigo.”
“Hm?”
He grunted in response. Now free from her hair, he was curious what she meant. His heart thumped in anticipation. Was his crappy pep talk actually helpful? She sighed a happy sigh and even kicked her legs a bit. It was!
“Thanks to you, I'm gonna be honest from now on.”
She's gonna tell her big brother what's been going on and stand up to Loly. Even if it hurts, as long she stands strong and knows her own worth, she'll be okay. And once she finally reports the past attacks to the principal, she'll be even better. Although…
“Hey Ichigo?”
Orihime suddenly asked.
“Yes?”
He answered. (Embarrassingly cheery.)
She smiled.
“Can you teach me Karate?”
“Huh!?”
• 🩸
“This is it?”
Ichigo asked, circling the apartment building like a crow. Orihime nodded.
“Mm-hm, this is it.”
Yes, he finally brought her home. After awkwardly explaining how he didn't want to accidentally hurt her in her soon to be karate training, why he was a vampire and what his favorite snack was when he still ate food (spoiler, it's chocolate) they got in sight of her street. Ichigo descended carefully and very gently, like she was made of glass, set her down on her boots.
He sighed in relief and wiped his forehead. He was so about worried not dropping her, he didn't realize he was tensing his muscles. Orihime looked to her right and saw a familiar black car was in their reserved parking spot. She gulped. Sora's home. And hopefully isn't calling the police!
She has to go in there and stop him! And finally have the ‘talk’ but…that also means she has to say goodbye to Ichigo. Orihime felt a little embarrassed. She already got attached to the vampire standing before her, but she's never met someone like him before! Would this be goodbye forever or would they cross paths again? She shifted her weight nervously, not sure what to say.
Luckily, Ichigo decided to do the talking. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and smiled.
“Despite the Hollow situation and the crying, I had a really good time with you tonight.”
Ichigo was surprised at himself. He's actually saying this stuff outloud? He's shocked, but he's not hopping off this confidence speed train he's on anytime soon.
“You're not like anyone I've ever met before.”
Orihime blushed. Really?
“You care about your brother and everyone else you know so much that you hid your suffering just to make them not worry about you.”
“That's honorable and crazy.”
Good and bad way to go about her issues, but that's okay. She knows now it's not healthy to bottle up her problems. Orihime opened her mouth to thank him, but no words came out. She was just…mesmerized. Already a slave to her brown eyes, the Strawberry sighed dramatically.
“Alright, alright. You twisted my arm.”
Orihime blinked. She did? But, she didn't say anything yet. Ichigo rummaged through his pockets and out he pulled was a little bat keychain! The princess squealed in her throat as he tied it around her wrists. It was by far the cutest thing she's ever seen!
(Well besides Ichigo, but handsome and cute aren't really in the same category)
“What's this?”
She asked. Her voice was a bit strained from trying not to scream. Its little fangs were so precious! He snickered and crossed his arms.
“It's just a little something we vampires give out sometimes.”
He poked her cheek, playfully.
“Usually to humans who could use a little more protection than others.”
Orihime smiled sheepishly. That was true. She is, well was, very unlucky and often attracted the wrong attention. Like with the dreaded Hollows earlier. Ichigo returned the shy smile and held her hands for the last time tonight. Both their eyes met and...they just stood there. Almost like they were communicating without words.
It probably would've lasted forever, if Orihime's phone hadn't chimed. They both awkwardly let go of each other and she checked to see who it was. It was, of course, Sora. She had about a hundred texts from him desperately wondering where she was!
She squeaked. She completely forgot about him! Orihime quickly bowed and all her hair fell along with it, nearly grazing the sidewalk.
“Thank you for a wonderful night and I hope to see you again soon!”
She said quickly. She pulled her house key from her bag and was about to hurry upstairs, but…an impulsive thought stopped her in her tracks. Orihime took a deep breath and turned around.
Gently, she held Ichigo's face and…
Kissed him on the cheek.
His face turned BRIGHT red and hers did too. She waved stiffly and somehow ran up the stairs. She can't believe she just did that! But at the same time, was glad she did. And she hoped Ichigo felt the same...
About the kiss, of course!
Orihime walked up to her apartment door and gripped her keys tightly. Things were gonna change after tonight. But that's a good thing. She wanted to look behind her to see if Ichigo was still there, silently cheering her on, but stopped herself. She thought about Spirited away.
She can't look back, but she will see him again. She just knows it. The ginger stuck the key in the door and walked inside, facing one her biggest fears straight on.
Ichigo, on the other hand, smiled as he heard (who he assumed was) her brother say ‘thank goodness!’ He was worried about her. And that's a great thing. He spread his wings and practically blasted off into the night sky. He didn't get to tell Orihime that the charm he gave her could summon him at any moment or time, but he had a feeling she won't need it anytime soon.
She has hope now.
Although, he'll definitely still come to see her. After all, he had to wait a century to meet someone like her and he's not gonna waste the opportunity!
This fic was a roller coaster, but I'm glad I wrote. The next one will definitely be lighter though😅 I promise. And let me know if you have any questions. This au was weird.
