@frozenheartqueenelsa
There was she going, the Queen of Ice, even though many have warned her to the dangers of the remains of the Southern Islands but she insisted she needed to go.
She took with her the best of her guards, her sister, was taking care of her kingdom along with her fiancé, Kristoff. Everything as planned, soon they left Arendelle by boat, passing through the big and majestic Fjords.
The water was calm, the weather was good but as they started to arrive near the coasts of the southern islands everything started to change. The black clouds covered the sky as a hot wind touched their skin but the Queen remained calm.
As soon as they arrived a big Volcano could be seen. The guards came down from the boat first and then came the Queen on her horse.
There was no kingdom no more, no people, no life. Just ashes.
Elsa could feel a strong presence coming down the volcano as she hears some frenetic steps, echoing, it wasn’t human.
“Stay calm, but keep in alert!”
She ordered, the guards grabbed their weapons preparing themselves for a possible attack. Elsa grabbed the leashes of her horse tight, keeping him still and comforting him.
There she was, the Queen of fire. The guards were prepared but Queen Elsa didn’t ordered to attack, just gestured with her hand for them to be still.
“I’m here to talk to the King and Queen of the Southern Islands, but I guess they no longer live on these burned lands no more, am I right? May I know what happened to that kingdom, which is now yours, I assume? And do not worry, no harm is intended towards you.” Elsa’s voice was firm, no fear was showed in her face.
She listened to the other explain before nodding. "There is no King, there are no princes, and there are no princesses. They are all dead now." Amber paused for a moment, looking to the volcano before looking back. "There is just a queen. But, since you truly want to hear the story of these isles I will explain from my point of view. I will attempt to stay as close to truth as possible."
My family knew… Oh how they knew… My mother addressed me as a witch, my father didn’t care, my many brothers, a handful of them committed suicide because of it, the rest cowered in fear. I had one sister, she was the only one who cared… So I had a grudge against everybody, but my sister… now you may ask, why is that so horrible? I’m not done. The youngest brother, he was the problem really…
My coronation, let’s skip past my father hanging himself and my five out of thirteen brother’s committing suicide, all in rather creative ways. So what did that leave me? My sister, mother, and eight of my brothers. The youngest of my many brother’s poisoned my mother, causing an uprising. It was here that he tricked me to reveal the fire that burned within, the one that I’ve tried to hide for fear of hurting and destroying my kingdom…
Oh the dramatic irony…!
I flee to the volcanoes… I hide there. Create a castle out of coal and amber. Make myself the queen of a rupturing place of warmth. I separated myself for I didn’t want my anger to boil over and engulf that world in which I came.
They pursued me… How foolish…
It was my sister and the murderer of a brother. That brother of mine, he has wanted the thrown… Perhaps that was why he decided to try and kill me. But nonetheless… After fleeing with the name witch heavy on me, I accidentally slayed my sister. Burned her to death. By the time I put the flames out, she was just bone. That was his chance… My brother was ready to make the blow, when the blade melted.
Gave him a warning, my castle glowed brightly, my rage now is unable to be disrupted. Told him that he will die from the volcanic eruption that I was about to create.
I wanted to kill him… Instead, I destroyed everything on the isles but myself… However there was one thing I never got…
His death
He fled to Arendelle, your kingdom, with a few people who still believe these isles are in tact… Perhaps he will try to take over that kingdom too! But what does that concern me!? My objective is to get revenge on him, and I will boil the earth in magma if I have to just to kill him!
My brother’s name was Hans.
And that's all you need to know at the moment..."
When Elsa hopped off, Amber followed, and with this, after being stroked, Charcoal rode off back into her own little home. Amber has trained her to do this. “So what do you think?” She asked walking towards her palace. The entire castle was made out of coal and amber. It almost glowed red as the queen reentered. No, it didn’t almost, it actually did. And as soon as Elsa stepped inside, it turned a faint blue before returning to an orange color. At this time, there was a bark heard from up the staircase.
A husky ran up to them, sitting down before the newcomer. “Elsa, this is Blaze. I’ve had him since he was a puppy.”
Elsa smiled petting it, “Hello there.”
Blaze barked a few times, licking the female's hand a bit. "He seems to like you. He usually doesn't do that... Maybe he's doing that because he's a husky and you are a queen of ice. Or perhaps he knows you are a nice person."
"Your Majesty? I'm back" he said stepping into her fortress of fire.
"Oh hello Ghost Rider. Welcome back."
“It would seem the apocalypse is coming to all realms. Even this one! I must leave in the morning. But I just wanted to see you before I went”
"Ah I see… An apocalypse is a rather urgent thing to have to take care of… I don’t have to be worried about this do I?" She questioned before giving the other a soft kiss on the cheek. "Alright then, do be careful. Okay? And I’ll see to a safe journey in the morning by holding off construction until you leave."
He took her by the hand and said “hmhm thank you. But I recon I could stay the night?” He said “as a friendly alternative?”
"Of course. On the second floor there is a guest bedroom, you can stay there for the night." She replied with a smile, not sure if she should withdraw her hand or not.
The people who want the world to burn are not just men
Harley sighed. All that work, all that planning, and yet, it was likely to go unseen by the people she had most desperately wanted to witness it - Mistah J, Johnny, Batsy
She zipped up her jacket and turned away from the ledge of the building, deciding it was better to slink off to a bar, drown her sorrows, and find a place to crash than to stay on the roof and risk being thrown back in Arkham. She wondered briefly if she should bug Maddy or just try to find a stranger rather than being bothering him again
She turned to see a striking young woman, cloaked in the colors of a inferno. She was radiant and surprising. At first, Harley smirked, glad to be noticed. ”Yeah, that was me.”
But as the woman continued, dancing and creating fire from nothing, she grew quiet and concerned. Clearly, the woman must be some kind of meta-human with fire powers, like LiveWire or Killer Cold. Even though some of her friends were metas, she still was suspicious when unfamiliar ones showed up.
So she was nervous when she curtsied as best as possible (Jervis had tried to teach her once before giving up. ”You’re hopeless, Miss Quinn. Let’s steer you clear of the Queen,” he had said.) "Well, Queen Amber," she said straightening up, "I’m Harley Quinn, pleased ta meet ya. What brings your royal highness to Gotham?”
Seeing the other curtsy, she couldn't help but chuckle. "Nice to meet you Harley Quinn. But I will say that you don't need to address me any better, nor do you need to curtsy in my presence. It is a sign of respect, of course, but I am not your queen... I am the queen of the islands far away from Gotham, and so I have no dictatorship here. I am just a normal woman with abnormal abilities." A smile strikes her face almost like a whip.
"In conclusion, you may address me as Amber, and just a simple wave or hello will suffice." With the question, she paused for a moment before replying. It was only a few seconds, very short and barely noticeable. As she tried to answer, she allowed her dress to send out a soft blast of heat. Honestly, in her opinion, the queen thought that this place was rather cold and thus needed a little heat.
"I am here because I need to get away from my home. My kingdom has been destroyed just recently, I am the only survivor that still resides there. That is because it was a volcanic explosion, and as you can guess, that does not affect me." She glanced past the female to see if anybody was there, looking for them. "Plus... I can't use my fire there... Since nobody is there to see it anymore. It makes somewhat of a useless sense."
War Meme @whereareyourclawskitten
Natasha knew about the war. It had been going on for a little while, and everyone had started to take sides. She would always stay with her mother, though, and for now, her mother was on America’s side. So Natasha put her thieving skills to use. She was now a spy for the American army.
Infiltrating the base had been almost too easy. Finding a uniform from the battlefield, adopting the persona of a soldier, following the army inside. Really much too easy for what she was being paid. Once she had gotten inside, she’d split off from the group and discarded the armor, finding it easier to move about in her sleek black catsuit. That had been her big mistake. They had found the armor and raised the alarm. And she had been caught.
Really, she shouldn’t be this used to being tied up. The gag was new, though. As soon as the door had closed, leaving her alone, she squirmed around, trying to see if she could wiggle her way out of her bindings. Of course, they had been tied tightly. She was stuck for the time being.
When the door opened again, she snapped her head up. She couldn’t see the newcomer, but she could feel the heat increase in the room. Her suspicions were only confirmed when the blindfold was taken off. Natasha was face to face with the enemy queen, and that was not a good place to be.
Tasha coughed a little bit, her throat dry. She looked up and met the queen’s eyes, not a bit of fear showing. “Can I have a drink of water?” she said, her voice a little raspy.
Hearing her question, the queen smiled. "Of course." Standing for a moment, she walked to the door. Pressing her fingers to her ears, no doubt about it she had a communicator of sorts to use. She spoke a few things in Russian, or at least it seemed to be Russian, before there was a pause. In a matter of minutes, a small window slid open for the door and a cup was handed through. It was a very small plastic cup, the kinds you see in a doctor's, dental, or nurse's office.
Bringing the cup to the prisoner's lips, she tilted it slightly, making sure the water went to her throat. It was ice cold, Elsa was probably somewhere nearby when they got it. "There, is that better?" With this, the female returned to her seat setting the plastic cup carefully on the table. "Now, let's start small. I do know you have knowledge of who I am, but I still do not know how to address you. A first name would be fine. I don't need to know it all."
She folded her hands together, elevated from the table. Putting her chin on the intertwined fingers, it was an intriguing move she did a lot. And shockingly enough, the members of the Axis Powers seemed to be okay with the fact she does this in every meeting and such. The only person whom is not okay with it often would be Elsa, because she enjoys being proper over relaxed. But then again, Amber is one of the strongest members.
"You are skilled, talented, I'll give you that..." A sigh escaped her lips, they almost seemed doll like with their shape and color. "And I do appreciate the challenge but... Why do you stay over there? The place is so corrupt, broken, disheveled. Many people are on this side, I'm sure you know at least one of them right?" Her words, although sinister, held a politeness and kindness that would relax even a person whom knows they are going to be killed.
@chaosrunepownage
The great tigeress smiles softly. Her patience paid off, as normally she is skittish or hostile towards humans. Too much of her pain has been caused by them. Still, she is slowly recovering from her PTSD thanks to the help of her many friends who prove that humanity can truly be kind.
"Good friends are few and far between, but they are well worth the wait. Going from being a cat on the run from everything to a big sister to a handful of worthy creatures is probably the best thing that has happened in my life. That’s why I fight for my friends even if it means risking my life. They deserve it for being open-minded enough to accept me."
She smiles just a little more, so that she won’t show her needle-like fangs by accident. Those titanium-alloy teeth can easily slice through steel, thanks to her massive bite force.
"I’m sure you will. I’ve managed to find a robot out there who can go so far to say that he loves me, despite what I am. He doesn’t see the work of mad scientists, aiming to destroy all life. I don’t know how he can see something of value in me beyond my combat skill, but he does somehow. It’s only a shame that the rifts to his world are so unstable."
Shaking her head to clear it again, she nods.
"Perhaps I could help you with that issue. I’ve become quite adept at crafting things from metal. I could create some guard robots for you, or at least some armor. One can be surprised what properties metal can have in different universes."
She stretches a tiny bit before nodding once more. Her body becomes enveloped in a brilliant white glow as she shrinks down dramatically. She shrinks to be about the size of a large housecat, but maintains her wings. Her fur is white with a dark brown ridge down her back and a light brown underbelly. Her face is metal with a hole for one eye in it, which is chocolate and where the other should be is a red optic. Her calves are silvery, along with her tail and one wing. The other is feathery and swan-like. Now, she’s a much more managable forty pounds. The one thing that remains the exact same is the proportion of her crystal to her face.
"I can be surprisingly stealthy when I want to, heheh. There’s a reason they call people ‘cat burglars.’"
She sits up and runs after the queen, spreading her wings and taking to the skies. She’s easily able to keep up while flying.
Amber couldn't help but smile. The words the other spoke made her radiate a heat that she only felt towards her sister, Rachael, before she died by her hand. "I am so glad your life has changed for the better. If it hasn't... Well then, I don't think we would be speaking right now would we..." She paused, a huff leaving her. It wasn't one of irritation or anger, but of calmness and joy. "I guess I'll wait longer... But I am most pleased to say that I have waited long enough for one person to befriend me." She looked to Chaos, eyes setting on her optics. "I do hope it's alright that we address each other as friends."
Her smile made her want to exchange tales of the past. Why they are what they are. She wanted to learn more of the other, and at the same time, she didn't mind saying why this place is what it is and how she came to power. Although, I'm sure that if Amber saw the fangs in the robotic feline's mouth, this emotion will flee swiftly. But she didn't see it, and she probably wont for a good period of time. And by that time, the queen probably wouldn't be able to care less.
A gasp escaped her at the female's next words. "Love. I'm so happy for you. That somebody is willing to do that. It's a shame though that you can't truly see each other, but at least you two know the feeling to be true." A smile, one she didn't show often, tugged harshly at her red lips. "It's a good thing that somebody has taken the kindness to see past what you are and what you could have become to examine who you are, your interests, personality, all sand all, you."
Her eyes close as she adjusts the reigns and saddle on Charcoal. "I wish I could find love like that. But unfortunately, I'd have to leave this place in order to do that... Which is a hard thing to do when there is a guilt that follows you about the place you left." She shook her head, letting her mind erase the thoughts that they were forming. The poisoning of many of her brothers, the others at fault of suicide. Father committing suicide, mother poisoned, she dared not think of her sister's fate...
Hearing the offer, she nodded. "That would be wonderful Chaos. If you could find metal that can withstand my temperature, that would be wonderful. For you see, I can radiate such a heat in distress that I can melt bullets from a gun, melt the blade of a knife or sword, even melt the armors of enemies. It's a blessing and a curse at the same time." Hearing about the different universes, questions began to form. "Perhaps when we get back to my castle, you could explain to me about these universes? I haven't heard anything like that."
Amber watched in awe as the other transformed, shifting height and weight largely, it was almost as though the transaction was in a dream. "I figured that." A chuckle escaped her, originating from deep within her chest. "Alright then, let's go shall we!" With this, she began riding on. The sound of Charcoal's hooves against the rock echoed as they moved. The fire queen occasionally looked up to see the feline above her, just a little bit behind, just by a few inches.
Charcoal was fast, no doubt about it, and it only took a few minutes to get to the castle. It was massive, all manufactured out of coal and amber. There were doors and walls all decorated with flame patterns. A pool of lava oozed from the Volcano's mouth onto the roof of the castle where it ran down the sides like waterfalls and returned into the volcano. So basically, this flow of lava will never stop.
In short, the place was beautiful to say the least. Amber jumped off of Charcoal, it was here that the horse obediently made it's way by itself to it's stables. It was trained well to do so. "Welcome to my castle, my home. I manufactured it myself using my powers. And it will stand for generations to come."
"Ah I see. That clears up that question." It only took her a second to sense a presence nearby. There were characters approaching, and they were armed. She was ready of course, but she didn’t want to have to fight them off and draw attention to herself. "May I ask how much further?"
"Almost there. End of the street." He pulled her along, almost running now. "Hurry up."
She nodded, following without hesitation. Although, she was rather worried with how running in heels would work out at the moment, but if she fell, would it be such a loss? "Good." That was all she said on the matter until they arrived, a relieved sigh escaping her. "This is it right?"
Edward gave her a look, then chuckled softly. “I’m..unsure that the kids thing may ever happen. I like girls and guys, you see. But I’m more into guys than girls. I may never have kids.”
"But love, yeah. I want to fall in love."
"I see. But who says that a couple of two guys can’t have a kid? You can adopt or pay somebody to have the kid for you." She explained with a hum, her eyes flicking back and forth, quickening her pace. She forgot, just for a moment, that the cops were still on her. And since they were on her, they were probably on the enigma beside her as well. "I am going to randomly change the subject right now, why do you love riddles? Well, actually a better question would probably be, why do you use riddles so often?"
Edward shrugged, chuckling. “I’ve always loved puzzles and riddles. Using them in my everyday just feels….right, You know?”
"Ah I see. That clears up that question." It only took her a second to sense a presence nearby. There were characters approaching, and they were armed. She was ready of course, but she didn't want to have to fight them off and draw attention to herself. "May I ask how much further?"

Edward paused, listening. “…Sirens. Let’s move a bit faster. And you can’t trust me, by the way.” He said, walking quite a bit faster.
Though, usually, he was quite the opposite. He was the chess player, and each person he met was just another chess piece.
"Agreed." With this she continued, following quickly. Hearing his words she chuckled. "Edward, I think I'm going to trust you, just a little bit. Why? Because I know that if you betray me in a horrid enough way, I will kill you without hesitation. Fire doesn't only bring life, but it also can bring death." Amber paused. "And I hope you are intelligent enough to avoid that fate. As I would hate to bring it upon you." Soon the lights began shining across the nearby buildings, matching to the sirens.
"Plus, you have a beautiful mind Edward. Tainted in evil, yes, but beautiful nonetheless. I do not want to see that mind vanish from this place to live in the same realm my sister may be in. After all, I would think you'd want to at least grow old with somebody, fall in love, have kids, get into arguments just to fall in love later once more. I wouldn't want to steal that from you, but I will if I have to." By this time, she was preparing to fight off any enemy that may cross their path.
This is not just an rp blog.
This is an ask blog, as well. As in, come into my askbox, anon or not, and talk to my character. I am always open for conversation.
Edward smirked widely, leading on. “Oh, yes, I’m the most intelligent man in Gotham. Possibly the world. I’m a genius.”
He glanced back at her, very curious as to her origins and how she gained her ability. “And I’m certainly smarter than anyone in Arkham.”
She couldn't help but chuckle. She didn't believe he was smartest person in the human race, but didn't have the audacity to say that out loud. "Well I'm glad. Usually, only the smart people will actually pay mind to those of horrid histories. But also, the smart people can be the most horrible traitors you will ever meet, playing you as a pawn in a board game." She sighed, looking back one more time. "Not saying you aren't trust worthy or anything, but that's the stereotypical way the intelligent finish off relationships."
Finally though, faintly, the blare of sirens caught her attention. Amber had exceptionally good ears, so this was something she could detect. "D-Do you hear that?" Her body became rigid, although she didn't stop walking, and the hem of her dress began to spark faintly. Her red lips coming into a frown.
Edward smiled a bit, playing with the cane. “Really? You’ve never met anyone named Edward? How interesting. Come, you must tell me about your kingdom on the way back home. It sounds fascinating.”
Edward began walking, twirling his cane around his shoulders. “And perhaps some of us are mad, even Batman is mad, but I am a genius.”
"Nope, where I'm from people have names that describe their personality or appearance. I was named Amber because of my hair and of this." She made a small flame appear in her palm before letting it disperse. "I would be most delighted too. Of course, not all of it is good. A lot of it's recent history is hideous..." Watching as he twirled his cane, it was just far too intriguing. The idea of doing such and action seemed difficult, for a number of reason, and she wonders how long he's actually done this. It reminded her of a baton almost.
"Indeed, I can't disagree. From what I've seen, your intelligence surpasses everybody else. Which makes me wonder how high is your IQ. I mean, there isn't much competition in this city. With the crummy education to all the drop outs, it's just... Shouldn't be too hard. So it hits a bit of curiosity, you know? But nevertheless, I don't expect it to be anywhere near normal..." She made sure to keep to pace with the other, taking caution with her foot as she wouldn't want to damage it even further then it is. As they walked, the female looked behind them a few times and above, just quick glances, to see if anybody was there.
