Richard Beymer, who played Benjamin Horne in Twin Peaks, took a remarkable series of black and white, behind the scenes photographs during the filming of the original series’ final episode in 1991. With David Lynch’s permission, Beymer used his own Olympus camera to document the final days on set after the in-house photographer had left due to the show’s cancellation.
This is a doll I made for my friend for Christmas! It loves biblically accurate sun so I decided to make a beuodoir doll of him. The dolls arms and legs are fully posable and everything is hand sculpted, painted and sewn with a wire armature. He stands around a foot and a half (?) tall and is genuinely one of the most impressive things I’ve ever made. His hands and feet are also fully moveable but I didn’t have time to be able to make his head spin 😔
"crime" for conservatives is basically just existing in public as a person of color
always thinking about that Oxford study that found half of adults define "young people hanging around in groups" as "anti-social behaviour"

I do often think about how the origin of “he would not fucking say that” was in reference to a post which depicted Cartman SouthPark responding politely when asked for his pronouns
meme phrases are so mobile and versatile and that's really really beautiful but i'm always thinking about the first "she x on my y til i z" being "she ebbin on my neezer til i scrooge" and the first "fork found in kitchen" coming from a tweet about sehun from exo being spotted at a gay bar. like sometimes you just utterly nail it the very first time and no variation of the joke is going to be better.
EXACTLY.

I do not do "warm up sketches". I do not "thumbnail". I do not do "art studies". I sit down and raw dog it. And if I hate it....?
I KILL MYSELF.
I have another cat named Chowder and we found him living in our house under a couch. He has the biggest head my vet had ever seen and his tongue is too big for his mouth.
biggest head
Ok you guys can have some more chowder pics
Chowder uses his own massive head as a pillow
Audrey and Laura's relationship is one of the most interesting parts of Twin Peaks to me and I think part of its power is that we never see it head on.
We see Audrey's reaction to Laura's death and to her memory here and there in the original series and we hear Laura's thoughts about Audrey in the Secret Diary, but we never experience them actually interacting in any medium.
There's this feeling of torment and regret between them like in a world where Audrey's father wasn't preying on Laura they could have been friends, but in the lives they got Audrey felt like she had to compete with Laura for his affection in this twisted game where they're both daughters and objects of desire for him.
You get the sense each viewed the other as powerful in certain ways. Laura being told she looks like Audrey when she wears Maddy's clothes like Audrey is the embodiment of maturity and sophistication in her eyes. Audrey clearly envying the power Laura has over her father. After her death, Audrey retraces Laura's steps through her father's shadow life. She's trying on grown up clothes to feel like Laura now.
And in the end Audrey and Laura share the torment of being victimized by BOB and having to live with it until it curdles. Both panicking as they run out of ways to hide from the realities of their lives.
Laura the good girl hiding a secret darkness. Audrey the bad girl hiding a vulnerable innocence. They're shadow selves who we're never allowed to see touch.
