I don’t want to say goodbye😭😭😭😭😭

anyone else feel like pb is actually, actually on its last legs?? by its own doing? like they seem to be be actively slowing things down, putting next to no effort into stories anymore, ruining and shutting down current (once good) series, cancelling sequels, putting out zero new content, giving barely any updates or new info regarding future books…. not to mention, as a result, a good portion of the fandom has been over it for a while…. the tags are dead and so is our enthusiasm…..

like i honestly wouldn’t be surprised if on the five year anniversary this year they just went, “well, it’s been a good run, but we have made the choice (heh) to close down our operations, but the app will remain up for another six months for replay/money-making purposes” like idk?? i’ve just gotten this vibe lately :/

Foreign Affairs was being advertised as a political thriller and it was barely political (other than the whole peace summit thing which i don’t really care that much about) and neither a thriller other than mc getting paint thrown at her. it’s annoying that it’s not getting a book 2 since there are potential storylines but also it was pretty disappointing so i’m not entirely mad
