🌙✨Stingray Lore Sketches!

-Long story short(idk ask for lore in dms I’m tired): Manta(stingray) was often used by her adoptive mother. Her mother has internal jealousy of her kid’s beauty, tht she doesn’t wanna admit(Manta is an early bloomer). She also was broke so she used her daughter to gain tht money in any way she could. Unfortunately that means she used to pimp her out often and abuse her herself.

- Later in Manta’s years she’d get into emo phase, she’s around 11 at this time. She’d make best friends with Reverence (the cat of whom I’ll prolly share more on later or whatever). Reverence is the one who got her into the performative ass emo look n such. During hs they’d be the biggest bullies. In this hs they have like reverse bullies n shit. The nerds, emos, geeks, n allat bully the basic bitches.

- Later years they meet up(30’s-40’s), Reverence is a literal goddess & Manta gains a bit of muscle n works with Matt(I’ll prolly draw them together too!)

Unsure if I want Manta’s big ol crush on Reverence to stay Canon, but honestly I adore them sm.

Random facts: Reverence used to be a tomboy then became very girly n bougie when she became an adult. Reverence is also the reason Manta has a type(she fuckin adores cat women)
