Thymus – A Place of Happiness in Your Body
There is a place in our body that can be called a “place of happiness.” And it is very easy to find. It’s called thymus. Located in the upper part of the chest, between the fourth and fifth chakras.
Thymus, translated from Greek means “life force”. In the 60’s of the last century, it dawned on scientists that the thymus gland relates to the organs of the immune system as the most important organ.
Function of the thymus gland
Long-term observations have shown that human life largely depends on this pink gland, especially the life of children, who are under five years old. Then the function of the thymus gland begins to fade. By age 30, it decays almost completely, and closer to forty, usually there is no trace remains.
Doctors believe: the later it disappears the better. And all because the thymus is able to slow down the body’s biological clock, in other words, slow down the aging process.
Yet it is not necessary to fear the natural extinction of the thymus gland. There is no threat to human life.
Like all organs in the immune system, the thymus loves protein that, on one hand, is a building material for the antibodies, and the other – enhances the activity of its own cells. Moreover, preference should be given to proteins of animal origin (they can be found in fish, meat, cheese, dairy products, spirulina, buckwheat, beans).
In addition to protein diet thymus loves thermal treatments as well. It will appreciate the sauna, hot compress, rubbing ointments based on essential oils, no longer than 5-10 days, preferably just before the period of colds.
Thymus absolutely cannot stand the stress (noise, temperature changes, anesthesia). During stresses thymus shrinks, leading to a reduction of vital energy. Therefore, thymus wears and ages faster for nervous people and who like to take risks.
Also malfunction of the thymus may be caused by deficiency of cortisol – a hormone produced by the adrenal glands.
How to stimulate the thymus gland? Weaken thymus can be energized by a simple method in a matter of seconds.
The method consists in tapping 10-20 times with the fingertips in the place of thymus. This way you can stabilize the body in a few seconds and fill it with life-giving energy.
You can also just put your hand on the thymus and allow energy to flow. This is another effective way to gain vitality.
If you regularly, every morning and several times during the day repeat this procedure, then after a short period of time you will feel much stronger.
You can add affirmations such as: “I am young, healthy, beautiful,” or anything else positive.
When your thymus gland is activated, you can feel the goose bumps and a sense of joy and happiness. It may take some time until you feel something.
If you have frequent moments of anxiety, panic or stress – do it several times a day and you will be able to regain life balance.
