We're the Cosmozoa Conglomerate, a mixed origins system with a long history.

born as two, trauma made us an adaptive disordered system, fused to try and help amnesia, and have become a nondisordered adaptive system over time.

⋯ plural coining — more conglomerate terms

The flag colors for conglomerate depths are not symbolic, but artistic representations of the depths of the earth as often depicted in textbook images.

*. Matrix

Not a facing, but can be viewed as the metaphorical glue that holds the conglomerate together. It may be its own entity, like a concha, or just an internal force. It may hold memories for facings to use.

1. Surface/Surfacemate

A facing, or group of facings, of a conglomerate that is of greater separation than the rest, but still merged in some way. They may have a very distinct sense of self and personality, but can still access the Matrix that holds the conglomerate together.

2. Lithos/Lithosmate

A facing that is deeper than the Surface, but higher than the Mantle. Distinct sense of self and personality, may be very easily distinguished, but deeper integrated into the Matrix.

3. Mantle/Mantlemate

A facing of a conglomerate that has a distinct sense of self, but integrates easily with the Core. It may still be difficult to notice Mantle switches due to deeper internal depth.

4. Core/Coremate

A facing of a conglomerate that is indistinguishable from others in the core or deeper layers. This may be the acting "singletsona", and individuals may still have a sense of self, but it can be difficult for Core facings to see switches.

5. Pebble/Pebblemate

A member of a conglomerate system that is aligned with the conglomerate, but not fused with the rest and no access to the Matrix. A Pebble may have come from the conglomerate or have simply formed outside of it, but they are characterized by being in the same system as a conglomerate, but not merged. A Pebble may merge with others to essentially have a sisasystem conglomerate.

⋯ plural terms — conglomerate

A system that, for any reason, is partially fused. A conglomerate may have a singular sense of self, while acknowledging the different parts that make them up, or functionally act as a singlet. Conglomerates may be mono- or polyconscious, but the fusion of parts can cause interruptions within the consciousness or sense of facings' self.

Like a river pushing a conglomerate stone down a stream, different forces in the flow of life may make different parts of the conglomerate "face out", though it's still the same stone.

Facings

A conglomerate may find the term "facing" to be an alternative to headmate, as it references the different sides of the same conglomerate stone. This term is not conglomerate-exclusive, and conglomerates do not have to use it.

Plural Coining Post: Conglomerate

I hadn't seen this term coined yet, so I wanted to do so, as we use this to describe ourselves!

A conglomerate is a type of system that at one point had greater separation of parts (i.e. multiple or median) but has since undergone an incomplete fusion to where the same individuals are still there, not reintegrated together, but the system essentially functions as a singlet.

Perhaps the term "facing" could be used instead of fronting, where there's not a distinct change, but a different "angle" of the conglomerate facing the world.

This term could work for subsystems or sisasystems as well!

Just something to keep myself posting while my computer is still out of order and I'm too annoyed with mobile Tumblr to format as I like to for ID packs.

1. Country

That down-home comfortable feel, with good string instruments and emotional lyrics, often doesn't quite hit the spot. Luckily, there's a bunch of similar-feeling stuff that may float your boat better. Southern Gothic and "freak folk". Some songs and their artists below:

As a certified industrial goth (/hj), industrial pop is my ultimate pop replacement.
