Hello! My name is Doll, and I’ve been posting to this fandom for a while now on my art blog( @littl3d0ll-art ), but I just now made a proper side blog for my au! I’ll be posting my cotl fandom drawings and ideas and ramblings to here from now on <33
My main au is called Eyes of Death after my Narinder’s tri-colored eyes, as that’s the most noticeable part of the au and my designs
I’ll also post about other aus though- like my Eyes of Life au which is my goatverse au with pitbull Narinder, and my Child of Death au with an actual lamb(child sheep) as the crown bearer
Other aus I post about will have generic names like “modern au” or “role swap au”
Follower: Traits (Sweet, Bubbly, Shy, Maternal) I love those arts you do, new to the blog so you might put 2 and 2 together who I am but I wanted to ask, could you draw yourself and Kallamar holding hands, I may like a certain Squid Man and think he's wanting to give you comfort, claiming anon 🐇
Thank u for ur concern dear anon :,) I apologise if I worried yall too much
I can't believe I forgot about poison and jellyfish til now, I guess the loyalty necklace would stop him but he probably did it a lot before having to wear it
How do Aym and Baal take the news of Narinder and Lamb being together officially and did they know earlier than Narinder ?
Dialogue:
Aym: "Do you think they're actually going to get together this time? I wish master would make up his mind..."
Baal: "Huh? About what?"
vvvvv Time to get into some stuff!! vvvvv
Lamb and Narinder have been very "on again off again" starting a few years after his indoctrination.
Aym and Baal hadn't been brought back from being stuck in the veil until perhaps a year after the situationship started.
Aym, being the more intently observant of the two when it came to Narinder and his behavior, noticed a shift in his behavior towards Lamb when he was still chained. Mal's affections towards Narinder were a lot more blatantly obvious though neither made many moves towards one another.
After Aym witnessed his brother being brutally killed by the Lamb and then himself, it's suffice to say he is not fond of them. Especially after his master/father figure was usurped. Very much holding onto the hard feelings for a lonngg time.
So when he found out the two were still on and off. He did not approve and was frankly quite shocked and taken aback.
Baal had no idea about all of this. Often too busy focusing on his brother, training, and now experiencing the world he didn't get to grow up in.
It's only after a huge handful of years with Narinder and Lamb's messy ass relationship that Aym begins to just wish they'd make up their mind and choose if they'll be a couple officially or just break it off full stop.
Aym's mention of it in passing is the only reason Baal even becomes aware of it. Which Aym is dumbfounded by him not knowing.
Both have mixed feelings on their relationship but come to accept it, albeit begrudgingly at for a long while.
Mal has to really try to earn their favor and understands their hard feelings.
By the time Narinder and Mal finally get married, The two are a lot more comfortable with the idea and partially even more relieved they're solidifying their relationship. "Get it over with!" essentially.
(And to be fair, it's not just them being relieved in this sense LMAO)
Don't ask them to call Mal their step-mom though!
I have the games Tiny Glade and House Flipper 2, and I used them to make a map of my cult and Morgan's house. Never posted anything tho, never doodled in it like I wanted, using it as BG for my drawings. I'll put them under the cut.
But I discovered Make Room when I saw the little rooms Bamsara made for their Narinder and Lamb not long ago (I searched the post to link it but CANNOT for the life of me find it back, gimme if you have it) and I fell in love with the cute DA that is PERFECT for sketching cute lil chibis in it.
I recommend it, it's cheap and intuitive. Very chill.
Leshy doesn't sleep well, lots of nightmares. Which is why he sleeps in his garden sometimes. Morgan straight up can't sleep for days sometimes. They both try to hide it until they realize they're in the same boat and company helps.
And maybe some cuddling.
Leshy's house was initially made for Narinder, but the cat ended up sleeping in the cult's biggest tree behind the cemetery until Lambie had a tree house made there for him.
So when they unexpectedly got a Leshy on their hands, they gave him the house since it's remote from the rest of the village and keeps him away from other people.
He messed up the garden to his convenience and made things grow in there in record time. He's really good at identifying plants and knows their propreties, and with his crazy sense of smell he can tell which flowers are ready to make the best remedies.
Morgan makes him shake himself for a good minute before he's allowed in his house.
I also made Narinder's treehouse, I'll share when I add the character.
So is tiny glade, I made my cult grounds cause it's fun and helps me think about the characters moving around easier:
And house flipper 2, another version of Morgan's house:
How did Aym and Baal feel about the fusion in the two brows au ?
The twins aren't the biggest fans of the Amalgam. My Lamb had tried and failed to really earn their loyalty past social obligation. They generally ignore whatever is spoken with Lamb's voice, and obey when it's Narinder's. With time, they may come around.
To be a God is to be a weird pervert, the way I see it, but the way the two had taken the extra step of eternal fusion would catch even the Bishops off guard.
Leshy: "Haha, gross. Crazy shit. anyway,"
Heket: Believes that neither of them deserve such a 'happy ending'. She kinda hopes it kills them.
Kallamar: It's an absolute living nightmare for him. He can tell something went very wrong. It horrifies him, yet he can't look away.
Shamura: They can understand the appeal, but can see the corruption for what it is. They fear that yet another mistake has been made that cannot be taken back.
More answers:
I think they would close the two leftmost or rightmost eyes to wink, and the top eye would stay open? I dunno.
Two brains. They can harmonize and speak at once, but will also speak separately, taking turns. Since they can access one another's internal thoughts, language isn't needed for them to understand. This is why they can also "hear" the Crown, who does not speak a known language. Speaking out loud would reflect the respective party's understanding of the chosen language.
The combined experience and power of the two means the Amalgam has greater potential than any Crown bearer in recent history, yet their power is unstable. The Crown is no longer able to be called to hand as a weapon, but their claws can mutate into gauntlets, and their fighting style is inspired by both of their abilities. Though, coordinating to fight is hard to do, I suspect they would be a bit messy and feral with it, especially at first. Abilities related to tending to their flock, such as mind reading, stayed the same.
Ratau, like anyone with insight into how the two once were or how these things tend to work out, is concerned for their sanity. In a way, he grieves the little Lamb he first met so long ago, but it's out of his hands now.
There is no way in hell the unholy mashup of corrupted, rotting organs inside them could produce a child. If one came to be, it would undoubtedly be an abomination. We just don't know yet. KEEP TRYING!
The crown egg thing was probably a joke… Who knows if any crown actually lays eggs? None have actually witnessed it happen. One thing Narinder and Lamb noticed: Since fusing, they suddenly started feeling more attracted to Goat's crown, as if influenced by Red.
This AU, in part, serves as a way to express how one may feel drawn to codependency. (But USUALLY it's not that deep, usually it's just a sex thing.) The concept of fusion is symbolic of something I fantasize about, something I wish for even if I know it to be harmful, or impossible. Toxic relationships can feel really really fucking good sometimes, or else they wouldn't happen in the first place.
Are they happy together? They certainly think they are. But with such abstracted boundaries in a form that disrespects the laws of nature, can their thoughts be trusted to be theirs? And if they admitted to the faults, what is there to be done about it?
Would they do it again? Yeah, probably. In the BEST case scenario, they would like to find a way to reverse the fusion so they could choose to fuse at will, temporarily.
It was fun thinking about and writing out all these answers, but I still hate to call anything "canon" to my AU, because as always, I change my mind all the time, and like playing with different timelines and themes. I also like to be inspired by ideas you all throw out there, because I often get asked questions I wouldn't even think of on my own. I really love to hear what others may think could happen in TBAU, just as much as I like to ramble about it.
