It's amazing how slutty I get when I get really high...because when I get high, I get hungry, and I just can't help but stuff myself, because eating feels so good. And then that turns me on...it's a vicious cycle, really.
It would be such a shame if someone were to keep me high and dumb all the time - feeding me while I just keep opening my mouth for each bite, not even realizing how full I'm getting...keeping me constantly turned on and begging for relief...
Such a shame if someone were to turn me into their intoxicated brain dead fat fucktoy...right?
Avoiding Chub Rub this Summer
Hey so if you're a person whose thighs touch when you walk and you want to wear skirts, shorts, or swimsuits this summer without chub rub this is the quick guide from a fat person who enjoys wearing skirts.
For those who don't know, Chub Rub is a painful burn that’s caused by friction, which generates when bare thighs rub together during walking and running and is exacerbated by heat and sweat.
There are two main ways to avoid Chub Rub, broadly speaking.
The first one is:
Physical Barriers work by keeping your thighs covered in fabric so they don't touch and chafe.
Bike Shorts -Pro: Comfortable, stretchy, has pockets. Perfect if your skirt is longer than your shorts and not sheer. Super good in the winter. -Cons: Hot, almost never come in neutral or skin tones, so they’ll show up under anything sheer.
Bandelettes- Thigh bands that stay in place with a silicone strip. They can be cute, like garter belts, or simple. -Pros: Comfortable. Can be sexy, More discreet than shorts, Excellent choice if you want an exposed midriff. They stay in place all day. Easier bathroom access then shapewear or bike shorts. -Cons: No pockets. May not be wide enough to be effective for extra good thighs. Silicone bands that hold them in place can pull hairs and be painful.
Shapewear -Pros: Almost always come in skin tones. Shape the booty, slide really well. Cooler than bike shorts. -Cons: Extra difficult bathroom access, often high waisted and long so they don’t work well with short skirts. rarely have pockets.
The big con to this category is that you're limited in how short your skirt can be since for the shorts and bandelettes to work they need to be long enough to cover all parts of your thighs that touch when you walk. Depending on the shape of your legs, thighs, and your gait that could mean your shorts are pretty long. For me, I'd need my shorts to be almost knee length to be effective.
Knee length shorts under mini skirts aren't for me. Which is where the second category comes in!
The title says it all. These are various kinds of gels and stuff that you apply directly to your thighs to keep they sliding smoothly past one another without chafing.
The big pro of this category is that all the products are Invisible so they work with every fit, no matter the size of the thighs! They’re even useful when wearing swim suits. Just remember to reapply after you get out of the water. The cons are that some formulas can cause breakouts, and most will need to be reapplied several times throughout the day so you’ll have to carry it around with you. None of these specific brands gave me breakouts, but my skin is not your skin.
There are other anti chafing gels and creams and sticks out there, but these are ones I've tried and like very much.
Monistat anti chafing gel Lasts: 3-5 hours Invisible, cooling, feels great on the skin. Works even through high heat and sweat. I’m sensitive to textures and the powder-like feel of this stuff when it’s dry is amazing. I'm not sure if it's "waterproof" but I sweat in my thigh area a lot and this stuff really sticks it out like a dream. It lasts far longer then I do between bathroom breaks so I just reapply it each time I use the bathroom and let it dry on my thighs for a minute.
Megababe Thigh Rescue Lotion Anti-Chafe Stick Lasts: 3 hours The deodorant stick makes application easy and fast, It goes on smooth and feels fine! Comes in a mini version that makes it easy to keep on your person and reapply through the day. The big con is that this stuff melts kind easy on hot days. which makes a mess in your bag or pocket. It doesn’t do great with sweat and will need to be reapplied more often. It's unscented.
Skin Slick spray Lasts: 4-5 hours. This comes in an aerosol can so it’s not an option if you’re flying. Outside of that, it’s great. Feels nice and keeps your thighs cool. Goes on fast and easy, works well even when you’re sweating because it’s designed for sports. The best option for beach days.
To finish this post off here are some commonly suggested chub rub hacks i don't recommend and why. Deodorant- ineffective and if you use the wrong kind, it can actually make it worse. Baby Powder: Okay so this a mixed bag. Over all, it does work pretty well for a short time. And who can deny that there isn't much that feels better then a healthy sprinkle of baby powder down your shorts on a sweaty day. It soaks up your sweat and makes you feel cool and dry. The problem is that it doesn't work for very long before needing to be reapplied, by which time the previously applied powder is clumping. Not to mention it leaves white powder all over the place. I'll be honest, I often put this stuff in my bag when I'm going to be outside all day in the hot sun. At pride, summer festivals, hikes, camping, fairs, I always have it with me just in case. But I have to be a little desperate to bust it out because it makes such a mess and smells so strongly. It's a last resort.
The Chub Rub Patch- This is the absolute worst thing I've ever tried for chub rub. It's essentially a large band aid with no pad that you stick on your inner thighs. Throughout the day, the edges of these patches kept getting caught on one another and starting to peel and stick to my other thighs which gave me worse chub rub then if i had used nothing. I thought maybe I applied them wrong, so I tried them again the next day, this time taking care to make sure my thighs were clean and dry before applying. Same thing happened. And they hurt to take off. Like a band aid. They're single use, and pretty expensive. They come in one size, so they won't work for a lot of bigger thighs. These suck. They're ugly as fuck too. Do not use these things.
Body/baby oil- This is a very effective way to fry up your thighs. After a day of walking around you're thighs will look just like fried chicken.
Body Lotion- a move i've only ever seen attempted out of real desperation. This is a bad idea. The lotion rubs in so fast that you won't get ten steps before needing more. If you're chub rub is bad enough that you're trying this hack, it's time to find a pharmacy and get some Monistat anti chafing gel. I once saw a woman at a pride tie two trash bags around her thighs and it worked better then lotion.
Happy Summer Everyone! And don't forget sunscreen! Especially if you have dark skin because dark skinned people are significantly more likely to die of skin cancer in the USA and Europe then light skinned people. Even if you don't think you'll burn that day, you're still being irradiated by the sun!

I saw a comment on your blog that says 'the way you eat does not cause diabetes'...are you able to expand on that or provide a source I could read? I've been told by doctors that my pre-diabetes was due to weight gain because I get more hungry on my anti psychotics and I'd like to fact check what they've told me! Thank you so much!
There are a lot more factors at play in diabetes — more complicated than “I had a cupcake at lunch.”
Pre-diabetes was rejected as a diagnosis by the World Health Organization (although it is used by the US and UK) - the correct term for the condition is impaired glucose tolerance. Approximately 2% of people with "pre-diabetes" go on to develop diabetes per year. You heard that right - TWO PERCENT. Most diabetics actually skip the pre-diabetic phase.
There are currently no treatments for pre-diabetes besides intentional weight loss. (Hmm, that's convenient, right?) There has yet to be evidence that losing weight prevents progression from pre-diabetes to T2DM beyond a year. Interestingly, drug companies are trying to persuade the medical world to start treating patients earlier and earlier. They are using the term “pre-diabetes” to sell their drugs (including Wegovy, a weight-loss drug). Surgeons are using it to sell weight loss surgery. Everyone’s a winner, right? Not patients. Especially fat patients.

Also - I love what Dr. Asher Larmie @fatdoctorUK has to say about T2DM and insulin resistance, so here's one of their threads I pulled from Twitter:
1️⃣ You can't prevent insulin resistance. It's coded in your DNA. It may be impacted by your environment. Studies have shown it has nothing to do with your BMI.
2️⃣ The term "pre-diabetes" is a PR stunt. The correct term is impaired glucose tolerance (or impaired fasting glucose) which is sometimes referred to as intermittent hyperglycemia. It does not predict T2DM. It is best ignored and tested for every 3-5yrs.
3️⃣ there is no evidence that losing weight prevents diabetes. That's because you can't reverse insulin resistance. You can possibly postpone it by 2yrs? Furthermore there is evidence that those who are fat at the time of diagnosis fair much better than those who are thin.
4️⃣ Weight loss does not reverse diabetes in the VAST majority of people. Those that do reverse it are usually thinner with recent onset T2DM and a low A1c. Only a tiny minority can sustain that over 2yrs. Weight loss does not improve A1c levels beyond 2 yrs either.
5️⃣ Weight loss in T2DM does not improve macrovascular or microvascular health outcomes beyond 2 years. In fact, weight loss in diabetics is associated with increased mortality and morbidity (although it is not clear why). Weight cycling is known to impacts A1c levels.
6️⃣ Weight GAIN does NOT increase the risk of cardiovascular OR all causes mortality in diabetics. In fact, one might even go so far as to say that it's better to be fat and diabetic than to be thin and diabetic.

It's just fat, you can always lose it...or gain it back, what's the big deal?
They just don't get it. The hours of work that have gone into growing this perfect, fat, round belly.
You didn't passively get fat. You didn't gain 5 pounds a year. You actively got fat.
While they counted calories to try to get their body back, you counted them to ensure you were growing. Making sure to add an extra 500, 1,000, 2,000 calories to your daily intake.
You guzzled down shakes, and cream. Added cheese. Supersized. Extra fries.
While they took the stairs to burn a couple extra calories, you parked closer, ordered take out, took the elevator. Found every way to be a lazy as possible. You can't afford to burn any extra calories.
You built this belly, this soft, fat-covered body. You loved feeling it get hard after a huge meal, feeling it get softer, heavier, and fatter each day. Every stretchmark, a badge of honor for how quickly you gainned. You were aroused everytime you stepped on the scale and saw you had packed on more weight.
The truth is that you don't even think you can give up on gaining weight. You have made so many positive changes to keep the fat piling on, it is difficult to stop. You could order water instead of soda or beer. You could take the stairs...well maybe 20 pounds ago you could have taken the stairs, but you could try to move a little more. Stick to only one fry with your order, or one pizza. You could drink your coffee without cream. You could stop adding that extra butter. You could stop passing the donut shop on your way to work. You could only have dessert once a week. You could one by one stop all those positive changes and let your fat melt away. But you wouldn't be as happy, or fulfilled. Something would be missing.
Sure you can always gain it back, but is it really exciting to be 250 again, 260, 270...no the rush comes whn you are the fattest you have ever been and a week later fatter than that and then fatter the following week, so on and so on...
But the truth is you can't stop. It is so much better to get fatter and fatter and fatter.
It's more than just fat. It is the food, it is the tv, the sex, the gain, the squishy flabby plaything you take with you everywhere. It is eating after a long stressful day for relief, and eating to celebrate a success. It's the freedom to eat what you want, when you want it, as much as you want. It is everything you ever wanted. It is so much more than fat.

I literally cannot ever not think about this. Coming home to my girl, a happy lazy short fatty... Aaaah it's the dream! I'll take care, do anything and everything, just to keep her with me, make her indulge in her constant hedonism, and have my heart melt with her cuteness and neediness. Getting to watch her plump decadent curves we both love just get sexier with her unending laziness, making her the happiest girl on earth. Her clumsily trying to get my attention from the moment I open the front door, despite always having it. A cheery anchor (weight wise for sure) of pure sweet joy despite the chaotic sea of outside. I'd listen as she tells me about her lazy day, the shows she watched, the games she played, the food she ate, thanking me for ordering from my job. For hours I'll listen, as I do the chores, prepare the next meal, quietly enjoy her happiness as she snacks on some more sweets. And for some of the best moments, when she'll need one of her dozen of long hugs every hour, she'll shuffle to me, asking if she can take me in her arms. "Of course Sweetie, always".
I'm thinking about the night-long discord calls when I'm a couple days on business trip, and all my work ethic challenged during work at home days, when I have to balance a clingy adorable fat girl and the urgency of the report for the meeting in a few hours.
I have the nurturing need to spoil her, make her the most loved and joyful. A spoiled stay-at-home princess that cheerfully texts me she went to the mailbox because I ordered something, that loves being her white collar mommy cute little sugar baby...
Also thinking how she'd cutely push herself with eating without me asking because she knows it makes both of us happy to have her full and fattening up ^^
