Greyhound formally agreed in 2021 - as a result of a lawsuit! - that they won't allow warantless entrance to CBP/ICE on their buses and terminals. According to Greyhound's website as of Jan 2025, there's a formal complaint process in the Washington state but in the past they've been mealy mouthed about the policy in general outside the state. Greyhound has had their staff saying this in interviews for quite a while, but it wasn't a formal posted policy until the Washington lawsuit.
