I have a long-standing tradition with every book I read: I always read the first chapter, then skip to the last page to see the last sentence. Just the last sentence. It keeps my spoiler-hungry pigeon brain with terrible impulse control from failing the marshmallow test and reading the whole last chapter because I can’t wait to see what happens. It’s never a good idea and I wanna do it every time. So no! One sentence is all you get! You have to READ the rest of the book to see how they get from that first chapter to that FINAL SENTENCE.
