This man? this silly himbo right here? The man loves cuddling. He will absolutely just hold you and cuddle you until you either wanna leave or you both fall asleep

If your having a meltdown, panic attack, or anything at all he will be with you immediately. He’ll give you some love, and reassure you that everything will be alright

He gets like- super clingy in the mornings so he’ll most likely hold onto you for awhile when you guys first wake up

If your in pain or sick, expect this man to take the best care of you- your not gonna be out of his sight all day-

hi ^_^ was wondering if you could do a headcanons thingie of the neighborhood reacting to reader giving them a big smooch on the cheek? like they do something for reader that reader absolutely loves (julie styles readers hair for some important event and it looks perfect, howdy gives reader something they need for a project for free, wally gives reader a really well done painted portrait of them, etc etc,,) and reader just gushes and goes "Oh I could just kiss you!" and grabz em by the face to just give em a kiss on the cheek before running off!

[It’s Another day in welcome home, as always, but howdy took the day off and hang at your place for a bit, he noticed something off about you that day, you looked quite stressed and very tired, howdy looked a bit worried, so he asked you about it.]

“Hey, you okay lovey?”

He asked in a concerned tone, putting his hand on your cheek.

You looked at him, obviously very tired, but you chuckled

“I’m fine big guy, just a bit stressed from writing, heh.”

He still looked very concerned, and pulls you into a hug with his other two arms

“Dear, take a break, you’ve been over working yourself for the past week.”

He said with worry, as he kisses you on the forehead

“No no, love bug, it’s really fin—“

You paused for a minute, you knew that you have been overworking for awhile, and you knew that howdy wouldn’t stop until you agreed.

“Alright, I’ll take a break, but only for a bit.”

Howdy smiles softly and sighs, happy that you would take a break.

“Good, you deserve one.”

Howdy held you close, and gave you another kiss on the forehead

You smiled as he held you, you felt more comfortable in his arms, but you didn’t say anything, just stayed there, and enjoyed the moment.

“I’m proud of you dear, for making it this far.”

Howdy said, he sounded more happy and really proud

“It takes a really strong person to make it this far, even when going through something stressful.”

He hugged you again gently, giving you small kisses on the cheek

You both stayed quiet for a moment, before howdy said one more thing

“I love you, darling.”

He sounded honest about what he said.

You looked up at him, still smiling.

“..I love you too, love bug.”

Howdy realized that you looked tired, and he began to walk up next to you

“Hey, sweets! You doing okay?”

Howdy asked politely, as he planted a small kiss on you’re forehead

You looked up at him as he gave you the kiss and yawned a bit, smiling.

“I’m doing fine lovebug, Just a bit tired.”

You said in a very quiet tone, looking like you’ll fall asleep at any given moment

Howdy paused for a minute, than scooped you up in his arms

“You’re going into the break room and taking a rest than, I’ll take over the shop from here, my love.”

Howdy was serious, but he didn’t sound like he was mad..just worried for you and you’re health.

After you heard what he said, you tried to get out of his arms, but failed horribly-

“Howdy! Noo!! I need to help out with-“

You paused at your sentence when realized you were already in the break room, and felt howdy wrapping a blanket over you and laying you down.

“Dear, please just rest for 30 minutes, it’s unhealthy to not get any rest, so please?”

Howdy asked calmly, giving you a small kiss on the cheek.

“..Fine..”

You mumbled, and howdy smiles softly

“Thank you, my love, now gets some rest, you deserve it.”

“Alright..”

You fell asleep in howdys arms, and he couldn’t help but give you one more kiss.
