Just a reminder that the zine apps are still open! Don’t forget to apply until September 10th!! We are still looking for writers who would like to contribute to the project. If you know any folk who might be interested, please share the project with them!  Also, I would like to say thank you to everybody who has already applied. All the applications so far look amazing and I can already tell it will be a real challenge to pick the contributors. Still, it is really exciting to work with all of you wonderful gorillaz&fashion enthusiasts to create something of this scale and I’m hoping all of you guys enjoy the experience. Thank you again!!

We are happy to announce that the contributor applications for the zine are starting TODAY!!  The applications will last until September the 10th and the results will be announced on September the 17th. And last but not least, Jonah! Jonah is an incredibly talented person whose traditional zines are nothing less from works of art (I own two and I cherish them dearly). They are our graphic design mod and they will be responsible for formatting and putting together the zine. Having them on our team is a great pleasure and I am really excited to see them work their magic, this time digitally!

Next up is Sushi or @sushichanart !! They are our merch/finance mod and an incredible artist who will also contribute to the zine. They have enormous experience with participating in and managing zines and their experience really shows. Working with them is as smooth as butter and they are a valuable part of our small team :)

The interest check is over and we are happy to announce that we have received almost 60 submissions! The contributor applications will begin tomorrow and will last for a month, so I believe it is the perfect time to introduce the mod team that’s working on this project. • I will start by introducing myself as I am the one who is taking care of all the social media stuff. If you have any questions, I will most likely be the one answering them, so don’t hesitate to ask!
