this made me think of sentryagent with bob asking john to record a gentle voice reminder for him :') or vice versa for john's meds. it would actually even work in a non-ship context for any of the vault squad because they would support each other like that 💖 [post link]

awww i love this so much!! 🥹💖 i can sooo see bob in that scenario. obviously he has issues w his memory and he's probably tried a LOT of things to help him remember. one night he gets irritated and records a voice note yelling at himself. but then he realizes when he hears it go off that he HATES listening to himself yell. so he keeps dismissing it without actually taking his meds. it goes on for a few days before it goes off when john is around. bob hands john his phone and asks him to record the alarm (because he could never hate john's voice) and he expects it to be idk kind of funny? but to his surprise john records the sweetest alarm ever. he always takes his meds when he hears it now <3 and maybe it works so well that bob does end up recording one for john too so now they both have a lil recording and it's a comfort when they're apart :')

it would also be really funny if the vault squad had like a square of these alarms. like john recorded one for bob and bob recorded one for yelena and yelena recorded one for ava and ava recorded one for john haha. maybe they even have different ones for different things when it comes up. like if bob is having a hard time eating regularly he has an alarm from yelena that goes off toward the end of a meal time just in case he hasn't eaten. or maybe yelena has been struggling with staring at her phone again until wee hours of the night so she has an alarm set for around midnight of john telling her to turn her phone off and rest her eyes. idk i really love the idea of them having lil voice notes from each other they use as alarms that's is so sweet thank u for sharing with me!! 💖💖💖
