Spider-Man!Mark just so happened to be in the right place at the right time when he saw the billboard a few construction men were putting up, fall right above you.

Mark was quick to react and swung by to get you out the way. You're obiously in major confusion because you had your headphones in full blast and that seemed to kill all of your sense in the moment. But when you turned around and see the now distroyed bilboard and frantic construction men. It hit

"Are you alright?" Mark asked you

"Umm.. yeah I guess? Was I right under that thing!?" You asked taking out a bud.

Mark giggled at your response " um yeah but luckily I was near by. That thing could have hurt you bad for sure"

"Damn, now because you saved me I won't get money from the government and that means I STILL have to pay for school"

Mark stared at you blankly. Are you mad at him? Did he do something wrong? What if she thinks Spider-Man is a horrible person because she has bills to pay!? All those thoughts got interrupted by the sound of your laugh.

"I'm kidding ." You dust off your shirt and start to walk a bit closer to him " thank you, Spider-Man"

Then two construction men came running to her, shouting a bunch of apologies and are you okay's. Leaving Mark just standing there awkwardly on the side.

While you were talking to the men, Mark sensed more danger in a different location. He wanted to stay. He wanted to talk to you some more and hopefully ask you out, like he's been planing on doing for months now. But that's just going to have to wait. Again. But who knows it's a maybe you might fall for the cute and clumsy neighborhood Spider-Man.

Spoiler alert uhe actually did catch you from "falling down the stairs" at school but of course he wasn't in his Spider-Man suit and he got hella flustered and ran away lmao.

Love at first sight or that whole " I loved you when we first met" type of thing is just kinda fake? Like, it doesn't make sense to me? How are you gonna love someone you barely know???? Idk🤷🏽‍♀️ you can find someone attractive at first sight, yes, but love?!? I think that's a bit of a stretch.

Soulmates I do kinda believe in because I do believe that we have someone just right for us (if wanted) and when they come together It will feel right. And it's not even romatic wise either. The same goes for friends, family, city, anything really can be the "soul" thing. If that doesn't sound psychotic lmao
