We are living in perilous times. One small investment in your mental wellness or the mental wellness of your child can change the tractory of your family's future. St. Louis is America's most dangerous city and a hub for sex trafficking. Natural disasters and police brutality are flooding our timelines and newsfeeds. Everyday the local news reports on the tragic and violent death of a teen or young adult. Pastors and spiritual leaders are committing suicide at unprecedented rates. Many women are dead inside bc physical and sexual abuse that they can not or will not speak of. Right now there is a straight or LGBTQ child, teen or young adult contemplating suicide bc of a bully. Right now there is a good parent feeling down, overwhelmed and hopeless due to work stress, unemployment or low wages. Its time to INVEST in YOUR WELLNESS & . INVEST in YOUR CHILD'S WELLNESS.
