Whenever you notice your life is being disturbed and changed, then recall a blessing that you have not thanked Allah for (and thank Him for it) or a sin you have previously committed (and seek forgiveness for it).
Imām Ibn al-Jawzi رحمه الله | Captured Thoughts pg. 88]
Pray Tahajjud. It is Allah ﷻ who puts barakah and restfulness in your sleep so don’t worry about how much you’ll sleep, Allah ﷻ will nourish you.
If you are someone who blames God during times of despair.
Whenever you get stuck in a dilemma. Or you happen to ask God why did I ever do so that this is happening to me. I had been good to everyone and did amazing deeds, charities, etc.
Or you happen to compare yourself to others. Prophets never compared, they hoped and asked Allah but never blame him.
Remember one thing: it is an EGO of virtue.
During hard times ask for forgiveness.
“Unlike the devil, whose arrogance was met with divine wrath, Adam and Eve’s humility was met with divine mercy, forgiveness, and guidance”.
(According to A. Helwa, author of SECRETS OF DIVINE LOVE.)
Do you know the Devil blamed God and Adam blamed himself? That was the difference.
The Devil swear to make humankind go astray from the right path while Adam chose to follow the Guidance of God.
Ask Allah to forgive you as described in the Quran:
Tough times are not punishments, most of the time they bring you closer to your right Goal: Your Rabb (lord).
“Going through hard times provides a window into human need, and also the opportunity for us to offer compassion and help to others”. According to Forbes.
I told my brother that l'm turning roald dahl's Matilda if you remain nasty with me!!!
I pray that every mortal affection in my heart may perish, and that the love of my Lord may ascend within it—vast, immovable, and eternal, like a mountain.

For her the rainbows had grew grey. Yet she still dyed the silver strands in her hair black, as though refusing to surrender completely to the colours that fate had chosen for her.
_____ The Widowhood
IN THE HOME, YOU BUILD A FAMILY
Ramsar, Iran
Zainab wakes up early with the cukoo voice, made her bed, set her scarfe in place and blow off the dying lamp.
She went straight to the kitchen area and wide opened the window to let fresh air come in. She became still with the gush of fresh air that slowly erased all stale thoughts of the last night. The bitter conversation she had with her husband last night. The tears rolled down her cheeks, she immediately wiped them off!
Zainab fired the tea maker, crushed the cottage cheese and added some butter to it. On the fire, in the pain the mixture was melting and the heart of zainab was too. The words of last night were echoing in her head unstopped.
She put some tea leaves in the ceramic kettle and poured in the hot water from the boiler. Keep it on the top of the boiler to boil further. The little sheep outside the window staring at her through the window as if she can understand her pain and anger.
In the melting mixture, in the pan, she adds some condiments and cracked open some eggs.
“What do you do all day in the home!!! “, the words of her husband from the last night arguments, echoing in her head.
If i do nothing, why am i even preparing this breakfast??? Protest zainab silently in her head.
She scrambled the eggs and cooked them to perfection, poured the tea immediately and served it, as her husband had already arrived.
He breaks a piece of bread and dips it in the melted scrambled egg. It tastes awesome, he says.
While in Zainab’s mind, the only words she could hear were: what the hell have you done the whole day???
Those people are those who have never been around children, to understand how much work and energy it takes. To keep children healthy and the home tidy is a lot of work.
It is the mother who makes the next strong generation. So never should any man ask what you do the whole day!
Zainab Breaks the silence at last.
Memories ✨
A favour knows no bounds. When it is fresh, it is cherished; people are genuinely grateful for it. But as time passes, gratitude quietly hardens into habit. The recipient no longer sees it as kindness—they begin to mistake it for a right. Then the one who once extended a favour is expected to offer yet another. With the passing of time, that favour too sheds its identity as generosity and assumes the shape of an entitlement. And so the cycle goes on, without end.
As the saying goes:
"Keep offering betel leaves, and their lips remain red. Miss a single day, and their eyes turn red with anger."
In other words, continued generosity breeds expectation, and the moment it stops, gratitude gives way to resentment.
