I understand that you can't answer everything about Mood Swings, but even if you could just answer a few of these that will help: What is this game? How is it played? Do you buy booster packs like in Magic, or do you just have the one-time purchase and that's it? Is each deck the same or different? Do you need a separate deck per player? How many players is it? Will it be sold in stores or only from WotC directly? Is it like a deck of playing cards that can be used for multiple games, or just 1?
It’s a more accessible TCG.
You buy a 45-card deck and that is everything you need to play out of the box.
It’s a light strategy game for two to four players. You all use the same deck.
It is a quick play time. 5-10 minutes for a two-player game.
Every deck is unique. You will get 23 commons out of 48 possible commons, 14 uncommons out of a possible 40 uncommons, 6 rares out of a possible 39 rares, and two mythics out of a possible 15 mythics.
First edition is being sold exclusively through Secret Lair. Future versions existing depend on how the first edition does.
There is a base game, but the link to the Secret Lair website I posted below includes an article on other ways to play.
Here is the how-to-play video for Mood Swings.

Back on my motherfucking bullshit (redraw of this art from 2022)
Seems like this might actually be relevant to an upcoming set! Actually, since starting this redraw, I have seen some leaked art, so I made sure to go in a different direction for, say, Liliana. I think I’ll make individual posts or reblogs to explain my thought process on each (and also split up the characters because this canvas is far too long).
Today's Card Is: Horse of Will
Glad to know that Will's contribution to the stats on his card was 1 toughness

Hi Mark, would you consider sharing articles on the design of the current set when they're written by other people, like for ATLA at the moment? Thanks!
Here are Chris Mooney's two articles on Avatar design:
