Right now I'm trying to let go-but it's hard cause I promised I wouldn't.....not for a thousand years.

Every time I told my parents I wanted to pursue a career in culinary industry they told me how fast paced it was and they didn’t think I could handle it- now after working a week in the kitchen I get it. Yes, it’s fast paced, hot and can get pretty crazy at times but this new experience had really put things in perspective for me and makes me appreciate everyone and everything around me. It’s been eye opening and I’m taking a step back and slowing down

Today I started training at chick fil a. I'm going to be working primarily in the back prepping food but I couldn't be more ecstatic! I've always wanted to work with food and honestly I couldn't care less that it's a fast food chain restaurant-it's a start! I'm gonna pour everything I've got into work and view this opportunity as a way to improve my work ethics. Plus it doesn't hurt I get to work with the boyfriend So there-this my Internet friends is the start of my new journey-can't wait to see where it takes me

Even when everything seems to be going wrong, he finds a way to make things go right :) even tho I may not have faith in God or a higher being...at least I have faith in something... It's time to let go of all the little things that aren't important and appreciate what I do have. I'm letting go.
