Yes it is! I did research and I actually found the shops and the rings.
The Sasha ring can be bought here and I did further digging and found both the Levi and the Hange rings.
They have one for each character of Attack on Titan or at least most of them OMG and the ones below on the ad are LEVI AND HANGE's CHARACTER RINGS like right on top of the other on the advertisement.
To translate word per word：
捧げられた想いを: Sacrificed feelings
ハート型のリングに込めて: Channelled into a heart shaped ring.
So the full translation, if I were the one translating would be:
"Channel the feelings you sacrificed into a heart shaped ring"
(Reserve until the end of July)
One thing I wanted to point out as well is they use the deeper kanji for 'feelings' (想い), this is the same 'feelings' kanji which was used in Chapter 132 with the unrequited love.
I don't know if it's just a coincidence or something deliberate but 思いを込めてand 想いを込めて to mean 'channel your feelings' are both widely used but only 思いを込めて is considered proper academic Japanese.
Also, as mentioned previously, 想い has much stronger romantic implications than 思い。
So, I don't think it's too much of a long shot to consider this translation:
"Channel the romantic feelings you sacrificed into a heart shaped ring"
"Channel the 'love' you sacrificed into a heart shaped ring" since 片想い translates into unrequited love lmao
