n1ke (dec. 22) ($100) : from what i’ve heard, this site is DEAD. i did it once back in dec. 22 and got a pair of nike blazers and paid through afterpay. It was around the holidays so i claimed dna and told cs it was a gift and i got a refund instantly.
vs (dec. 22) ($56): not sure if the site still works but i spoke to two cs agents and pushed for a refund. told them my package probably got lost in transit and offered between a reship and refund.
Lídś (feb. 23, $48) dna. disputed through paypal & claimed to have already contacted cs w no reply. sent me an email offering me a full refund.
diçkîës: (jun. 23, $55) disputed through paypal, gave me a refund after claiming dna. didn’t ask for proof. doesn’t refund shipping costs.
wälmârt (dec. 23, $39): FAIL. tried to dispute through paypal, cs PUSHED to have the item sent back after i told them i tossed it. never got back to me. might try again but through the app since people have had successes through there
tïkt0k shop (jan. 24, $7): tested it out, paid w paypal. instant refund, no cs, no ? asked. basically a free for all.
🎯 (jan. 24, $22): claimed dna, spoke to the lc bot they have in app, easiest refund ever. used on aged acct.
sçàmäžøn (feb. 24, $37): claimed eb on both packages, got a refund on both. the first refund i got was waaay easier, made me file a claim (through email) and gave me a refund right after.
zàppöś: (feb. 24, $166): claimed dna on both, shipped in two diff packages. no investigation, got refunded the day after.
zàppöś: (feb. 24, $524): diff address & payment method. both packages came different days and i claimed 🧬 & received a refund. basically a free for all
aśoś: (mar. 24, $69) my package got delayed so it was a bit easier, claimed dna and received a refund.
hßm: (mar. 24, $63) ûpś took a photo OF my package outside my door so i couldn’t claim dna, since it was just one order on a brand new acc, i claimed eb. cs told me they’d start an investigation and gave me an invest. # but refunded me like 4 hours later ? idk but its a hit or miss imo.
f21: (mar.24, $69) legitimately had a shipping issue. the customer service is literally useless and repeats the same shit over and over. also someone said f21 claims that once your package ships out they aren’t responsible for it after. big fat fail
d1ckïes: (mar.24, $118) waited a few days, claimed dna through live chat and my refund is now processing.
sśënśe: (mar.24, $215) very big hit or miss. i claimed eb since my package was left at a pickup point but the box was busted. First cs agent i spoke to filed an investigation, asked for pictures of the box (busted). Spoke to a different agent the next day & gave me a refund since the company doesn’t have a reship policy.
fînîśhlîñé: (mar. 24, $118) live chat is only open for a few hours, but told the agent my order was missing, no invest. and offered a reship or refund :). very ez
źâppœś: (mar. 24, $59) ordered a gift for my little brother n shipping got delayed even after paying for two day. cs agent didn’t seem to gaf and offered a reship bur i pushed for refund.
thræd🆙: (mar/apr. 24, $141) ordered on a new acc & claimed 🧬, cs made me wait 10 days and got an instant refund after. very easy imo + i love thrifting
⏰ shop: (mar/april 24, $87) really easy just wait two days and then submit a request. got a refund the next day
d$ŵ:(apr. 24/$119) really easy, claimed dna and got a refund instantly.
şķïmş:(apr.24/$272) my order took two weeks to ship (-_-) but i told cs it didn’t arrive at the end of the day. they said to wait 4 days for it to arrive, they followed up through email. I spoke with a different csa after and said it didn’t arrive and i waited the 4 days. they then asked me if i wanted reship or refund n i got my refund.
süpřemê: (may 2024./ $180) holy FUCK idk how i pulled it off but i ordered a hoodie, then once it arrived i submitted a claim on the site since they don’t have live chat. I paid with paypal (very important!!) since they always have buyers protection. After submitting my claim they said they were gonna “investigate” with the carrier and get back to me in 7-10 business days, and i let paypal know and submitted a dispute on there with that email. The next day i got an email receiving my refund.
