How to let go of a desire that matters to you the most when everyday you notice the lack of it? I get good at manifesting, recently I had a big manifestation, but I still can't get around the resistance towards my ''biggest'' desire. When I think about my desire, it feels marvelous and I do believe it's going to happen and it's done, until I get to work on that desire. When I do things related to it, it seems like I get little to no results, which, of course, make me focus on the lack...
Iāve just recently been going through this. For the past three months, I wanted this one thing so badly. It was so close and it just kept getting pushed further and further away⦠because I WANTED it so much. Finally the whole thing essentially blew up in my face and I know right now I will not be getting what I wanted, at least within the foreseeable future. Iāve realize it didnāt happen because of a very specific reason which I see now, I didnāt see at all during these past three months. Sometimes things donāt happen because they are not suppose to. And things will happen in the right time when theyāre meant to be, if they are meant to be. Iāve realized the universe has other plans for me and i know they will be a lot better than I would have and Iām definitely ok with that now.Ā
Just do your best to relax in this very moment right now, and trust that everything is working out. And if that doesnāt work, feel the resistance and dive deep into it. I spent a day doing that, crying and everything and it felt good just to feel all the feelings. Once youāre out on the other side, youāll see that it wasnāt as dramatic as your ego made it seem and that everything is going to be ok.Ā
How to attract someone ? like a lover?
First of all, realize that weāre all co-creating and that person has to be on the same vibe as you. Look at your life now and what youāre attracting? Are you attracting people who donāt have jobs or donāt take care of themselves? Or, do you want someone thatās well off and has their life together? If you want that, you have to be at thatĀ ālevelā. If youāre desperately WANTING a lover, itās not going to happen because youāre focused on the WANTING. My biggest piece of advice is to love yourself. Love yourself so much that you donāt care if you ever attract a lover because you donāt need one. Have confidence in yourself that you alone make yourself happy. Like attracts like - you will eventually attract a lover on this same level and it will be good. If youāre wanting to meet someone you have to do the work. Go to the places where the type of people are that you want to attract, do the online thing if that resonates with you. Just donāt have any expectations, go with the flow, and be as happy as possible as much as you can. Make it a priority to do what makes you happy.Ā
How can I regain my ability to visualize vividly?
Believe that you can, have no expectations, have confidence in yourself, and trust in the universe if itās meant to be it will happen.Ā
Hi! I'm new to loa, and i'm kinda confused. I know to focus on what i'm wanting, but does that lead to more experiences of wanting? i'm not sure how to apply it to school. i want to be hopeful i pass everything and forget thoughts of previous students failing, but i can't help but think oh no i don't wanna fail. I want to pass everything and become the best in the field i can, but i'm kinda lost as to how to achieve it. do you have an tips or is it just to feel good and be hopeful? thank you!
Focus on your happiness and believe in yourself. In a way you have to ignore everything going on around you and just focus on you. They are all on their own paths doing their own thing and them failing is their thing. But it doesnāt have to be you. Try not to focus so hard on the law of attraction and manifesting. LOA has just been overused and become confusing and to me itās just too much work and stresses you out LOL. Seriously, know that the law of attraction exists, because it does, but then make it your priority to be happy, do the work necessary and know that everything will work out just the way itās supposed to. See yourself at the end result, getting your degree, living your dream life, and let the universe take care of the details.Ā

When I get really happy, nothing good happens. Nothing bad either but I thought that the happier you are, the better the manifestations. And when I'm really sad, nothing bad happens. I believe we create our own reality but I don't understand why it still seems so solid and unchangeable for me?
You still have an underlying thought of some sort that is creating this. Ask yourself what it could be and be honest. Something is preventing you from changing. Focus on following your heart and doing more things that make you happy. Eventually you will see a change if you trust and allow it.Ā
Hello. I have depression and when I'm at my lowest nothing makes me feel good. And I sort of don't fully believe in LOA but I really wish I did. How can I make myself believe, and have faith? I'm afraid to ''lose control'' if I let myself go to LOA, if that makes any sense at all. Hop you understand. Hugs!
This does make sense and Iāve had a similar situation <3 Right now you are owning your depression. You are telling this as your story. If you want to change, start telling a different story. When you are at your lowest point, itās ok. Feel every single feeling and go with it. This part of you just wants to be heard and loved. Work on listening to this and love this part of yourself. Iāve learned that the things weāre most afraid of it exactly what we need to experience in order to learn a lesson and move on. Losing control is one thing you may need to just accept and do it LOL.Ā
Never apologize for being sensitive or emotional. Let this be a sign that youāve got a big heart and arenāt afraid to let others see it. Showing your emotions is a sign of strength.

How can you use the LOA for weight loss/eating healthier, but especially when you've been overweight for all your adult life & have failed so many times in the past?
I love this question because it was me. Donāt focus so much on LOA. Focus on you and your love for yourself. When weāre overweight and fail to lose it, itās because weāre telling ourselves weāre not good enough or allowing otherās opinions to matter more than ours. Just last year when I weighed close to 300 lbs I decided to wear shorts and a tank top for the first time in my life. I just didnāt care anymore what people thought and I was tired of being so uncomfortable when it was 90 degrees out with no air conditioning. You know, itās a lot cooler when you wear cooler clothes LOL. My point is, start doing things that make you happy. Do the things you want to do. Start taking care of yourself and finding things you love about your body. Even if itās not much, give thanks that youāre still able to function and type even though youāre overweight. Iām grateful for all the weight Iāve had on my body, Iām still able to walk and live normal and Iāve never had serious health issues. Once you start loving yourself more, your body is going to start craving different things. Over this past year Iāve decided I love going on walks, Iāve been craving more fruit so I will just eat whatever fruit and however much, and Iām not interested in meat so I donāt eat it. Listen to your body and do what feels good. If it feels good to eat Ben & Jerryās, do it! And love it! Iāve lost 60 pounds this past year just by doing these things and not caring about what anyone thinks or says. Itās amazing what happens when you just stop focusing on your weight and choose to love yourself no matter what.Ā
āLive your life. Just live it. Donāt allow for the voice of doubt to get the better of you. Donāt allow for procrastination to take over. If there is something youād like to do, see, or accomplish, then by all means, go for it! Live your life, really, like every moment will be the very last one. You truly donāt have a single moment to lose.ā

Hi! Do you have any tips for how to relax when you make a request to the Universe? Whenever I ask for something that matters a lot to me and I really want I start overthinking and worrying and it ends up not manifesting but when I ask for something I don't care that much about, I'm relaxed and I actually forget about it and I end up getting it because of that.
Just like you said at the end, when you donāt really care and forget, thatās how all things manifest. When we worry and overthink, weāre essentially telling the universe we donāt trust it and know that itās not going to happen. Youāve got to just go with the flow, have confidence that you will get everything you want and realize it may not happen the way you thought. That thing might not be the right thing for you whereas something even better is. Focus on your heart and what makes you happy, do those things and let the universe take care of the rest.Ā
