★ Music soothes the soul ♥
Music is a great way to channel your feelings - either singing along with songs, or just listening to them. It helps give your thoughts and feelings validation and can also help you feel like you’re not alone. Sometimes music is a good outlet to release your feelings, as well.
There are so many different kinds of music out there, and a quick search of “happy music playlist”, “uplifting music playlist”, etc. can bring up many, many suggestions! I know I have an entire Pinterest board full of music suggestions XP
If you’re like me then you often forget that music is a thing. Try listening to a song or two, try finding a song that helps you feel better; and remember that you’re not in this alone <3
