Here's a proud little accomplishment of mine. I tried my hand at a silver casting of a pacific island style fish hook last year and failed, so this was rather satisfying. I hereby announce the arrival of: my epoxy and teak inlay! I mixed clear epoxy with some dyes and turquoise flakes, and poured into the pocket. After the epoxy cured I scraped and sanded until the surface was level and clean, and applied a light coat of danish oil.
