Re. Shipcourse: My stance on shipcourse is too nuanced to get into here- which means I won’t be participating in any arguments on this blog. This blog is a fun way to daydream and post about the loves of my life and nothing more! I’m stressed enough IRL, I don’t want to be stressed here too. As someone with a fashion loving mind I highly recommend you start to associate a type of fabric with you and you’re F/O

Like for me and the doorman? Velvet, especially red velvet. What else could it be?

For me and Jackal? Lightweight linens- breathable, practical, and pretty.

Me and Nightcrawler? It’s between cashmere and very small tight knit. Both maybe?? Idk.

It can be anything, it’s just a fun way to incorporate your F/O into everyday materials that you wear/see/use!

I think we could probably all stand to think more about our f/os getting overcome with affection when they see pictures of us. We spend so much time gushing over them, reacting or getting flustered over how they look, how attracted we are to them, little things about them, their features, their expressions… I think we need to take a moment to think of the ways they’d get flustered over the way we look.

Maybe they get that fluttery, butterfly feeling when they see how good you look. Maybe their heartbeat quickens. Maybe they even visibly blush. Imagine them getting distracted from whatever they were doing or thinking because they see a picture of you. Imagine them saving it to steal glances at later. Imagine the way their heart flutters as they take note of the way you smile, the way your hair falls, any dimples or freckles, moles or beauty marks, scars or birthmarks. The way your brows furrow or your mouth curves when you make a certain expression. The way your eyes catch the light. All of you. Imagine it being almost too much at times, just how much they feel for you. Imagine them crushing every bit as hard as you do on them, because I know that they would (and do).
