Haha! I made my own outfit meme with vintage paper dolls outfits!

I was inspired by this one here as I adore vintage fashion and I thought why not make my own! I also noticed that the other one didn’t have really any masc fits, which makes me a bit sad cause men’s fashion in the 60s is just amazing. I will add that it was a bit hard to find outfits that weren’t plain boring suits so I don’t blame the person who originally made the one that inspired me for not having any.

Since I’m also still taking requests for the other one, pls specify which outfit you want or else I’ll get confused. You can do that by either saying the one I made after the outfit number or by screenshoting the outfit(s) you’d like. It helps me a lot :]

cuphead, mugman, and the entire cast of characters play essential roles in the story, each contributing to the game's unique charm and narrative depth. these characters, with their distinct personalities and backgrounds, deserve to be treated with the respect and care they embody.

- they grew up on a whole cottage in the sticks I swear I’m thinking this through pls

- their accent has grown to be more transatlantic from living in the city but it slips out when they get emotional

- cuphead doesn’t really care about it either way

- mugman would be insecure about it making him sound less “educated” or whatever but it also reminds him of elder kettle so he tries not to let it bother him

• also please take a moment to imagine mugman in the Mortal Blues scene but with a country accent like the movie Pearl where she screams about how she’s a star. heck imagine him and cuphead arguing like the scene where Pearl and her mom fight

they misspell a lot of common words due to them never being formally educated. like “seperate” “unecessary” “suprise” yknow

- mugman is like DEEPLY insecure about it but he does it less often because how often he reads. also probably gets weirder and more complicated words spelled correctly from writing his calix animi notes

- cuphead is also insecure about it but it didn’t bother him until more recently (with mugman kinda abandoning him for what they think is a whole entire professor) and also he probably gets even more common words mixed up like “are” and “our” and “they’re” “their” and “there”

when mugman changes into street clothes after work he calls them “civilian clothes” like genuinely fr. cuphead used to tease him for it like “oh what like you’re a superhero or something lol” but now he calls them civilian clothes too. ironically. kinda

so specific but neither of them would watch bluey because they both think it’s for kids but if they did watch it they’d like it methinks

- also wouldn’t watch it because it’s a healing show and these two are averse to anything therapeutic lmao

when mugman says some dork shit cuphead repeats it in a higher pitch and does the ☝️🤓 pose

There's so much lore+bonus content not covered in the shavs dub ( it's still amazing tho, by far the best comic dub I have ever watched!!). The VOAdam dubs cover more content but the voices are physically painfull to listen to and don't fit the tone of the comic at all.
