You look at him shyly. "Well, it's not about being a good boy, Henry. You're only fourteen, but the other guy is forty and..." you're making a complete flop. "And I'm a deviant pig." Henry says, his cheeks on fire. Then he looks down at his feet and plays nervously with the radio. "I want to disappear. Now. I know I said I've been invisible all my life, but I want to disappear. This is too much. That dress. I..." He brings his hands to his face, shocked. "You've seen enough of Henry Creel to know his tantrums." Henry, it's just a dress!" Henry takes his hands off his face. "It's not just a dress: it's irrefutable proof that I'm just a deviant, a pig, a lustful, a..." You slam a hand over his mouth as soon as you hear Derek calling you. "Mom? Where are you?" You push Henry behind a curtain. "Get lost!" you blurt out. Henry, his cheeks on fire, disappears. Derek approaches. You look at that boy who isn't your son, but you remember breastfeeding and changing him. You remember his first steps. You remember his first word. Mom. When Holly's was obviously Dad. Then you snap out of it. No. It's not true. It's not real. You feel pain for that. "Mom? Who were you talking to?" Derek asks suspiciously. You smile calmly, hoping the boy hasn't recognized Henry Creel's voice. "With the washing machine, honey. Come on, let's go. Where are the others? It's snack time." By then you hope Henry Creel has sincerely calmed down and come to terms with his futureof physical love with you. And it doesn't make much difference for the documents. At worst, Max will summarize them for you. But Derek abruptly brings you back to reality. "The others are out playing. Mom? What happened to that dress?" At those words, you're the one who wants to disappear. "Nothing, darling, it was the washing machine's prank." Derek looks at him doubtfully. "It doesn't look like the washing machine did it." You're bright red. "It's the washing machine's doing it," you blurt out. Derek shrugs. "It's the same to me. It doesn't matter if you lie to me. We all know there's a baby on the way." At those words, you stop with your heart in your throat. Then you remember that these kids are grown up and we're not in the 50s, but the 80s. They don't know everything. But they're not ignorant either. "Of course! Why do you think Holly is so clingy with Dad? Because she's jealous. Why do you think Anita giggles like an idiot and Benjamin made bets on how long it will be before we all have sleepless nights? Because you're trying to have a baby. It's a natural thing. It's fine with me. Just... poor dress. I liked it. But it doesn't matter. What's for snack, Mom?" Derek asks, no longer thinking about the dress, but you're completely lost. That's when Henry opens the office door. "Pancakes and cakes. Dear? Better get rid of that dress. Derek, go, call the others." Derek runs away. You can feel Henry Creel's discomfort behind the curtain. Henry kisses you softly, brushing your breast. You hear a gurgle and know Henry Creel is on the verge of collapse. "We were careless. Let's make it go away. If you want, I can erase it from Derek's mind," he says. You nod several times. "Yes, please" Henry smiles then makes the dress disappear into thin air. "That's it, removed in every sense. Let's go. I'm feeling nervous today and I need a break. Something's not right. But I'll get to the bottom of this as soon as we have snack. I feel like something's happening. There's a crack," he blurts out angrily.
You look at him, still smiling, but your heart is in your throat. Does he feel it? Of course he does. You're all on his mind, after all. "As soon as we've had snack, I'll get to the bottom of this. You'll stay home with the kids, as agreed." You nod, but something in your eyes seems to tell him more than you're willing to admit. "Come on, honey. Come on." You're about to reach him when Henry stops you, pressing his warm body against yours. One of his hands burrows into your hair. Another caresses your face, possessive. "You know, y/n, that if you even dare to betray me, I'll keep you locked up and sedated in your room, right? But I know you won't be that foolish. You're a good girl. You know perfectly well what a horrible life awaits you if you go back home. Your family can't wait for you to come back to them so they can make you pay with very single insult your rebellion, the fact that you ran away . They're manipulators. They're waiting for you at the door." You nod. "I don't want to betray you, Henry," and you're sincere. Henry kisses you languidly. "I know. It was just a reminder of where this will take you if you think about it any more. Trust me, y/n. Trust HIM. Now let's go to the kids. Then I'll get to the bottom of this. Come, my darling." You obey and take his hand, hoping he doesn't feel it when he trembles.
You both go downstairs, and while Captain Teddy gathers all the children, you and Henry start preparing food. Henry whisks the pancake batter, then puts him to cook while you prepare some sweet sandwiches. You work peacefully, like a real family, ignoring the horror that will soon be unleashed by the Mindflyer. Your mind is in total confusion: Henry Creel is hiding in the hallway and should take you to Max, where there are some people with Brenner's documents on the Mindflyer. But you can't leave the house because Henry wants to hunt down Max and the other two intruders. You wonder who they are. You bite your lip nervously. Another impasse. For all the progress you're making, the Mindflyer is smarter than you But then again, he's a thousand-year-old being. If even Brenner took years to figure out what it was, what can a girl like you do? You try not to think about it. You make the children have a snack. Then, while the little ones go back to playing, Henry puts his hat and jacket and looks at you. "You watch the children, y/n, until I get back and we're all safe. And honey? We've already cleared things up." You nod and force a smile. "Of course we've already cleared things up," you say. Now you don't know what to do. You hear the mindflyer's evil laugh and that's when the clock you hate so much rings mockingly. The children stop and look at it, confused. "I don't like it when that clock rings," says Anita. Holly looks at her. "No one likes it, except dad. He says it's a gift from his great-grandfather." You don't understand exactly what a clock is for or what meaning it has. But you're so furious that you grab the dishcloth and hit it. "SHUT UP! No one cares what you think, you old clock! You're a boring, ugly clock!" No one dares to say a word in the face of your outburst. "I'm going upstairs to clean. You behave yourself." You blurt out in a bad mood. You're sure of one thing: the mindflyer is making fun of you.
It's when you go up to the sixth floor to clean the rooms that you decide to go check the office, but to your surprise it's locked, a sign that Henry doesn't trust you. He sees the lie in your eyes, but he's testing you, or maybe he simply loves you too much to confine you to a room, a prisoner. "Damn!" you blurt out. It's then that a girl with a punk look approaches. "You know, to talk to doors that's not a sign of sanity." You turn to her, astonished. You look at her ripped pants, her band t-shirt, her purple hair, and her rebellious, tough look. And suddenly you feel too prissy, too good girl, a perfect housewife. Too... retro. "And who are you?" you ask softly. It's then that Henry reaches you, still holding his radio, his cheeks burning. You notice that he's not looking at you. "She's 008," he says. The girl turns angrily to the boy. "I already told you my name is Kali! That's my name, just like yours is Henry! Listen, we're having a hard time trusting you, don't make me angry!" she blurts out. You look at her curiously. You knew 008 escaped. You saw it in Henry's memories. The torture he was subjected to was terrible. "I hate that place too, Kali. What do you think? I suffered the same hell as you, much more than you and for much longer. At least you got your revenge. You had friends. A life outside the lab. I was denied even that. This weird place is the only thing I have of a decent place and a normal life. And it's all a lie." Henry's tone is full of anger. An anger you've never seen in that shy boy. This thing is to makes you feel uncomfortable
Kali doesn't like Henry Creel. Sure, as a child she discovered the older boy kept away from them by accident. She saw his exercises. She saw his punishments. She saw the transfusions. She saw him with Terry. She saw him become Peter. But she never fully trusted him. Now, after the Vecna affair, she doesn't trust him at all, but she feels sorry. A different kind of sorrow than El's corrosive hatred. Her little sister hasn't accepted that Henry Creel is her father. She's in total denial. And the relationship with Henry Creel is terrible. The boy doesn't know how to relate to the one who is his daughter. El hates what is the young form of his father. But there's no time for that. He looks at you for a long time. So sweet, so doll-like. Henry Creel's wife. Is he sincere in his feelings? Kali has seen that he is. El wants to use you as bait. Max doesn't trust you. Henry Creel wants you to be a one-way ticket to exile. But Kali wants to understand. She wants to destroy every single one of Brenner's legacies. She did it. They stopped Dr. Kay's project in time. The horror of Brenner's perverse legacy. Now it's the alien who infected Henry Creel's turn. If El only sees Vecna, if the kids are stuck on the idea of saving Will and executing the monster, if Max is accepting the truth, well, Kali wants to solve the problem at its root. That's why she, Dustin, and Steve recovered every single one of Brenner's documents. She's read them. She's found the complete picture. Now the things what missing are you. Only you can find the way to put an end to all this. After all, you are the key, Kali has read it. You are important to the Mindflyer even if the being keeps its thoughts hidden. But it's deceiving Henry. Kali feels her two consciousnesses are not completely fused. Henry Creel is just the parasitic host, an adept at the last stage of conversion. "Come on, there's a ride, but we have to hurry. Max distracts him, we'll talk." You look at her, surprised. "But where are we going?" Kali smiles at you. You're so sweet... but also strong. She sees that you know the real life. But you chose hell to do what's right, and that's why she appreciates you. "In the attic. I made it possible. But we don't have much time," she says and turns her back on you. She's sure you'll follow her.
I've changed a lot from season 5 for reasons of time, personal taste, and practicality. There was supposed to be a whole storyline about Dr. Kay (one of the few parts I've saved from season 5, even though I would have liked a flashback to the lab during the 001 years and Brenner being a prisoner forced to collaborate), but as I said, there was no time and it was outside the plot. Kali is back to herself, the strong and rebellious girl from season 2. I hate what they did to her in season 5. They destroyed her in every way possible... here she got her revenge... but I'll say more later...
I honestly don't understand the point of the clock and time travel that were present in season 4 and in the early versions of TFS but then abandoned... it was a great plot! So it remains one of the many plot holes... what a waste!
In the next chapters we will have more Kali and we will know more about the Mindflyer...
also don’t want to worry anyone but especially considering we are definitely not getting the proshot this year now…. i wouldn’t put it past them to hold onto it for a 2031 release for the 15th anniversary of stranger things (and probably do a limited cinema run of it)

exactly😅🙈🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣 one day I'll win... my goodness, what a bad impression🤣 but at least now I understand😅 between English and the mindflyer who doesn't want me to write my story I don't know who's driving me crazy first😅🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ohhh revival and a proshot are two completely different things!!
There is a proshot, there is not a revival
Sorry, it was a linguistic misunderstanding😅🙈🙈🙈🙈 I'm not a native speaker, what a blunder🥺😳 yes, there's a pro shot coming out in 2027 of the NY show. and no. no revival. Sorry again for the blunder. I hope I made myself clear 🙈🙈🙈🙈
