His quirk has many layers to it
1.) Self boosting: depending on the tempo, rhythm, and bass of the song they are listening to will affect their speed, agility, and strength. Some songs also allow him to gain a temporary quirk based on the lyrics.
2.) Borrowing quirks: he can borrow someones quirk if they are listening to the same music Katsu is, in trade he boosts their speed, strength, and agility. He can have up to 4 different quirks besides his own.
3.) Emotional Amplifier: when listening to music, he can feel the emotions that were put into the song and the why. If others are listening with him, they feel overwhelmed by those emotions as well.
4.) Singing: if he sings aloud the lyrics, the previous 3 layers are amplified even more so and all who hear him sing are affected by what he sings. This can and not limited to, changing the weather, hypnotism, creation/destruction, raising the dead, seeing ghost, and so much more.
Weaknesses: Cant stop his quirk, wearing earplugs, being deaf, and songs unknown to him being played around him.
