It’s already been 2 weeks since I was invited to join in for PIFcamp’s Open Saturday and help participants/visitors print shirts and tote bags with the festival’s image. PIFcamp is a week-long international hackers’ paradise in Soča valley (Slovenia) and organized by some of the most talented and passionate people I know. And on Open Saturday they invited visitors to come around and see the amazing “results” of the camp. Definitely worth attending if you are into hacking!! Riso Paradiso Family was invited to have a talk/hang at Piči Biči bike shop in Ljubljana and we decided to make a wallpaper. Thanks for having us! Unfortunately, the guys need to move out soon, but we hope they’re gonna take a chunk of the wall/paper with them :)

Flat Gold is a 40-page photo/graphic risoprinted zine about my one month spent in Vienna as artist in residence. It is printed only in black and flat gold and is my personal interpretation of the city.

Before I started my March residency in Vienna (given to me by the Ministry of Culture Slovenia) I really wanted to make a small edition of shirts and this time also sweatshirts! Two motifs, one just a simple face sketch, the other one an old photo of my dad's. Thanks to everyone who decided to purchase any of it! Still do have some shirts left.

This is a poster I made for their party/label night at Pritličje that will be a part of showcase festival MENT next week. And poster is a part of appointMENT, 50 artists creating posters for 50 artists/bands playing at MENT. All posters will be exhibited and on sale from tomorrow at Dobra vaga.

Tea Hvala je predstavljala svojo fotoknjigo Razkorak, izjemni duo Beli sladoled sta predstavljala zbirko ilustracij Ena Ena in jaz sem predstavljala svoj prvi zine Am I there? shots and shapes quest. On 22 December Look Back and Laugh held a presentation of last 3 print editions of 2016 at Gallery P74 in Ljubljana. Tea Hvala presented her photo book Discord, amazing Beli Sladoled duo presented Ena Ena, latest collection of drawings and I had my first zine Am I there? shots and shapes quest on the table. Now you can also order all three editions online.

For a few years now we are really excited about November. Apart from Grafixx festival in Antwerpen, we are so happy to be attending the second edition of Magical Riso conference in Maastricht.

Looking forward to meeting old friends and get to shake hands with new ones! Come hang at our Look Back And Laugh and Riso Paradiso table.

I will have my first zine “Am I there? Shots and shapes quest” and a A3 3-color riso poster “Caress” for sale. Also, some cmyk screenprinted postcards. No doubt, more goods at out table! See you!

Prejšnji teden smo v poligonu na povabilo t11 ekipe predstavljali riso tehniko tiskanja. Hvala Draženu in Mitju za povabilo in hvala vsem, ki ste se udeležili predstavitve in sami preizkusili riso način tiskanja. končno mi je uspelo odkljukat sitotiskanje cmyk tehnike. lansko leto sem naredila serijo sitotiskanih fotografij v eni (črni) barvi in jo naslovila “you need some texture in your life, man”. letošnji nabor je njen naslednjik, le v polni barvni lestvici, zato “you need some (cmyk) texture in your life, man”. serija 6 razglednic je omejena na 10 izvodov. pocukajte.

V začetku maja je Tina Ščavničar v Beogradu predstavila svoj diplomski film Svitanje/Dawning, za katerega sem oblikovala in natisnila plakate. Hkrati pa sem za potrebe zbiranja denarja za kritje stroškov snemanja in igralcev, natisnila še vrečke in malo grafiko. Projekt je bil super izziv, ujeti zgodbo filma v eno samo sličico. Direktor fotografije Sašo Štih je s strani združenja IRIS za film Svitanje prejel nagrado za najboljšo fotografijo, hkrati pa držimo pesti, da filmu uspe tudi z uvrstitvijo na prihodnjih natečajih. Projekcije se sproti objavljajo na FB strani filma.

In the begginning of May Tina Ščavničar presented her graduation film Svitanje/Dawning in Belgrade and she invited me to design and screenprint posters for the premiere. Now every projection is accompanied with printed posters, tote bags and little graphic that you can buy and help to fund the making of the film. I loved being involved in this project, it was a great challenge to capture a motion picture in one still image. Director of photography Sašo Štih already received an award for this film and we have fingers crossed for the film to reach audiences abroad through different competitions. All projections are continuously posted to film facebook page.
