That's Tony's ability 🗣️ "Flock"

any bird/avian or individual he has marked to be part of his "flock," he can see through their eyes, hear and feel their emotions going on in that moment. he cannot control the stream of information he receives though. so every time he uses this ability it take him a while before the senses "stabilize." however he will never be able to control the bird's or individual's action through this ability.

he remains a witness. watching the inevitable tragedy happen right before this individual's eyes, hearing their pleas, and fully feeling the terror. yet, he cannot do anything. he drowns in the sea of turmoil.
