I think about it. Crowley isn't afraid of dirty work, but he prefers to do it clean. I just assume that he does things like kidnapping and murder in a way that leaves no evidence. Simple teleportation is fine, but if an applied method is required, it won't throw the police a bone in the form of the fingerprints of a mid-level agent from New York who disappeared many years ago.

If something requires more detailed consideration (like torture), he already has a warehouse or basement hidden from prying eyes. He's paranoid, so it's possible. Black gloves would have complemented his lady-in-black image perfectly, but I guess they were removed so as not to overwhelm him.

Anyone have any good pictures or gifs of Crowley with gloves? I know I sound like a fetishist (I am), but I need this...for purpose

Let's talk about representations of hell in supernatural. The idea of an endless queue is acceptable, even atmospheric, but what happens in seasons 10 and beyond? Just a room with a chair, seriously? BORING! They don't even hide the fact that these are just studio terraces - even no special lighting. I'm not even mentioning that Crowley would have made a more cool office for himself, not just walls with imitation gray stone.

This, of course, is a continuation of the general trend in which the series does not look as good as in the early seasons. It is soulless, uncreative. I understand that you are a processional children's show for adults, but could you at least turn on the red light? And the demons turned into carbon copies of angels in corporate suits. Sure, they're just extras, but throughout the series we were shown that demons have more personality than angels, since they're former humans. Even with a smaller budget, they could have done better.

Like, the first picture gives me goosebumps, the second one looks like a still from a surreal dream, and the third one...um, a barn??? Some kind of basement? Just making the room with higher ceilings would be a better solution than what we have.

I like to think about Crowley's witch powers. He's one of the few demons who uses them seriously. He was the lover and subordinate of Lilith, who is canonically one of the most powerful witches in Hell. His personal desire was to learn the rituals. Other demons are either cannon fodder and too stupid or too powerful to use such trivialities.

I like to think of him as having multiple separate houses with ingredients stored away, even though he can teleport anywhere in the world at any time and get a lot of it. Crowley seems like a collector. A severed finger from a child who died in Thailand, something like that. The rituals are also a relic of the Middle Ages.

I don't know if Crowley dabbled in witchcraft and the devil in life (then he would probably know to ask for more inches). This also shows his love of reading and thirst for knowledge. He knows a huge number of languages and signs. God, Crowley, cast a spell on me.

My hot hot hot take is where spn writers (that were responsible for that exact arc) so where they wanted to go with that, and by that I mean Crowley and his blood addict arc. They showed us how he's getting all human and cannot deal with feelings

WHATS BEEN GOING ON THERE. WHERE THEY WANTED IT TO LEAD, REALLY, BECAUSE AT THE END WE KINDA GOT NOTHING AT ALL, just lazy writing where they used *soft* Crowley to fix plot holes and save Winchesters again an again

So they wanted eventually to turn him human or not? Or use blood against other demons why not. Or how bad they wanted him to go once human? Have he been remember more of his Fergus side or it's long gone dead? OR MAYBE HE MEANT TO HAVE SOME BLOOD HUMAN ARC LIKE *human* CAS GOT BUT NO ALL WE HAD IS CROWLEY SITTING ON THRONE BORED AF

And I'm not even talking about his Dean bromance nonono because they cut so many scenes from that arc W H Y IF YOU GUYS SHOT THEM ALREADY. So how much have been cut from the script. Can they please release script with lots of his deleted scenes if it exists I would literally die happy

I have some thoughts about this, so excuse me if i ramble a bit.

When it comes to crowleys human blood arc and the feelings he's experiencing, we actually got to see a glimpse of what's going on on his head during the curch scene at the end of season 8.

"I just want to be loved. I deserve to be loved."

He just wants to be loved really, but also he never experienced what it means to be shown genuine love and affection, so everytime anyone tries to get too close emotionally, he immediately gets uncomfortable. For example when Gavin tries to hug him at the end of season 9, when Bobby thanks him for healing his legs in season 6, when that random girl hugs him and thanks him in season 12.

He can deal with surface level affection, where it's always kinda put as an sarcastic joke, but he doesnt know how to handle genuine affection. Even though he yearns for that.

He wants a deep connection with someone, we see that with the whole demon dean thing and also when rowena comes back into his life and he chooses to still keep her around even though he knows that she certainly doesn't have his best interests in mind.

He basically tries to connect with people on an emotional level that he knows aren't interested in connecting with him.

I'm currently stuck on season 10, but I'm already aware of some SPOILERS. I have to literally force myself to watch more because I'm disappointed with the writing and refuse to accept Crowley's death. I believe he faked his death because he's the kind of character who doesn't rush into battle and sacrifice himself, but comes up with a clever plan and multiple escape routes. It's no secret that this happened because of Mark Sheppard's conflict with who his character became. It will be a surprise for the writers to learn that sometimes characters pass away not through death, but for other completely normal reasons.
