I’m really gonna try to fast until dinner time so I can keep it under 500 today. (Didn’t happen…)
I was not planning on having such a big dinner but I was feeling so sick all day and my parents took me out. I have no idea about the exact number for the noodles and dinner so I estimated, hopefully it was over rather than underestimate. I do feel bad that it was so over my goal but I’m hoping tomorrow I do better. I also know I’m going to drink and go to a restaurant tomorrow which is something I’ve been planning, so I’m gonna try to keep it really light until then.
