test strips here in nz are cheap and legal but make sure to follow the instructions on the packet. there’s also services to have drugs analysed by mass spectromatry to make absolutely sure you know whats going in your body

I've volunteered doing mass spectrometry drug testing in NZ ^ with Know Your Stuff, it's really good. Even if your substances aren't what you expected (but are relatively safe to use) they can advise you on safer ways to use them eg. dosage size and timing and aftercare
