Wonder Woman Needs Our Help

I don’t normally make posts like this, but I feel like this is something I need to do because it’s bigger than myself. So, I don’t know if you’ve heard but the Wonder Woman film comes out June 2nd… And if you didn’t know that, there’s a reason for it. Warner Brothers aren’t spending money on promoting the Wonder Woman film. No tv promotions, billboards, nothing. A film about a strong, powerful, amazing woman superhero directed by Patty Jenkins who happens to be the first woman to direct a superhero film with a female protagonist and one of only a handful (a literal handful… you can count on one hand) to direct a superhero film at all. They are setting it up to fail so they can say “I told you so” and not only continue the blatant sexism in the film industry but blame it on Patty if the movie fails, setting female directors up (whom are already told they won’t get hired) so they can have an excuse to say “Oh well, we tried hiring a woman to direct a film and it didn’t work. Lets not do that again.” This film is bigger than just being a superhero movie… It has the ability to bust open the glass ceiling of Hollywood to tell them that yes, superhero movies about women do well and yes, women can not only direct blockbusters but they can do it well. Because I can guarantee you, Patty does it well. PLEASE spread this around and let Warner Brothers know we aren’t going to stand for this bullshit. GO SEE WONDER WOMAN JUNE 2nd!!!

I think I mostly have followers that are Marvel fans, but come on, y'all. I’ve heard for YEARS how bad you want a female superhero movie. It’s not a Marvel character, and it’s not a Black Widow movie, but you won’t get either of those if Wonder Woman fails. Go out, see this movie, then go and see it again. So, this AU has a lot of angst.

What ends up happening is Sonic is being more ruthless than ever before. He’s determined to beat Saitama; hit him, scar him, anything to possibly wound him.

And all it takes is ONE PUNCH.

It’s lighter than usual, it was suppose to a light knock, but it ends up with Sonic crashing into a building, and the building collasping ON TOP OF HIM. 

Genos and Saitama dig him out and he doesn't  look good. Bones poking through him, his arms are broken, and his legs look the worst. They look absolutely SHATTERED.

They take him the hospital, where mostly everyone is uneasy about giving an assassin, a Villain, treatment, but they take him anyways.

The doctor walks out and tells them his examination. Sonic has multiple broken ribs, a concussion, and several broken bones in his arms. He also damaged his tail bone and spinal cord. He is lucky to have survived, but he will NEVER BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN.

Sonic wakes up a month later. He’s unable to move his body. Most of his bones have healed, but he can’t feel his legs. Saitama and Genos explain the situation to him and he doesn’t believe them at first. He tries to get out of bed, but he can’t move.

He has to face the facts. He’s disabled.

I’ve been contemplating this a lot for a little while now, and I’ve finally decided that I’m going to go through with it! I’m going through with giving away a copy of the limited edition Journal 3 (blacklight), due to the celebration of all you lovely people out there who follow my blog (all 13k+ of you! So, I thought: why not give one to a fellow faller for free and bring some joy?

I’m still working out some stuff (I have a copy pre-ordered already since October/November, but I’m not sure if changing addresses and all will make me lose the pre-order so I may have to re-send the journal out to the winner. Which I probably will just stick with that since it’s gonna be a while before I announce the winner of the giveaway. And who knows if there will be copies left to order by then. But that’ll just let me make sure the journals in a good condition before I send it back out, I guess?).

It will make you woozy, it will make you so dizzy you can’t stand upright, it will certainly make you unable to walk properly, but if you struggle to remain conscious you can get about 20 extra minutes of consciousness from the drug before it will knock you out completely. If you’re in a public place, and the person who drugged you is trying to take you somewhere private, start. a. fight. Insist as LOUDLY and as VIOLENTLY as you can that you refuse to go anywhere with them. Odds are they’re trying to make as little of a scene as possible as they drag you away, and if you’re putting up a fight and very clearly ‘drunk’, eyes will turn on them and they’ll either need to let you go, or cause a serious scene, which they don’t want. Don’t just act like you’re just protesting being taken home, though. Fight like your life depends on it even if they aren’t assaulting you. Cause. A. Scene. That’s the last thing they want.

URGENT

I’m honestly in tears. I am incredibly upset, I am shaking, I am furious. I need this post to reach as many people as possible, because I want everyone to be aware about this and we need to work together to help bring this young girl home safely. I have a lot of followers so I’m hoping this will spread quickly so more people are aware of this.

This is Kennedi High. You may have seen her circling through your dashboard. She’s 16 years old and she has gone missing, and so far everyone has pieced together through her snapchat story that something is really, really wrong. She’s acting funny, and recently her snapchat story has been updated: “I’m with this other man and he telling me I’m never going back home to see my family.” A lot of people think this may be a case of sex trafficking, and it most likely is, and I’m honestly terrified for her. 

She’s originally from Baltimore, MD, though it’s said that she may currently be in the Mountain View California region. Please spread this if you can, reblog any other posts you find about her and get this story out. I’m absolutely sickened and shaken and I just want her to be safe. This is so important to me.

Not to mention, there’s been reports of over 64,000 black girls missing across the United States, and it’s most likely due to sex trafficking. 64,000 black girls. That’s just crazy. This is terrifying and needs more media coverage, this needs to be spread everywhere. We need to protect black girls. They need our help.

But with shipping, handling, and the extreme cost of books, my total came to this:

Galra Keith Season 3 Headcanon

A friend of mine and I were walking though the mall one day talking of one of our favorite Paladins, Keith Kogane, and his Galra origins. We were making up headcanons and making up scenarios that we thought would be hilarious. One such scenario, my favorite one, was that in season 3 Keith will slowly turn purple whenever he's on screen. Like bit by bit. Not just his skin but his hair, 3 episodes into it and he'll have yellow eyes, and then in one episode his ears will just pop out of nowhere. And no one will mention it. Like they'll all just keep talking about whatever problem their currently facing (hopefully not planning a Paladins funeral for Shiro) and every time he's within a shot he'll just get more lavender skinned cat-like.
