A sick mother makes her children sick, as well as anyone else close to her, since her actions create confusion & disconnection. A healthy mother provides space for her children to flourish & grow. She embodies unity. She chooses from the heart what serves her & her family & what doesn't. Her taking care of herself, her being in integrity with her heart & mama natura, is the highest, most profound gift she can make this world, as her heart based expression invites everything & everyone around her to be healthy, abundant & free. Her light allows others lights to shine. She is the guide in terms of matter, well being, nurturance, body, Earth & soul. She creates a home in which anothers heart feels safe to expand. She teaches how to move in this world, how to flow as a soul in the earthly realm. Her heart cares for your heart. Her unapologetic Yes & No give guidance & direction, a space in which everyone she shares her love with, can grow into the beautiful blessings they are meant to be, desire & deserve to be, in this world. If she forgets who she is, her children won't know. A healthy mother is a gift to this world, that is oh so needed & irreplaceable.
