so you have like no money, you start with like a lil money from “working”, but not even enough for a property and your already in debt from a business degree you didnt need, you can either start paying off the bank or take more loans from the bank for properties, and if you go over a certain amount of loans the bank seizes your properties, and when you go over someone else’s property you take out MORE loans to give money to them so they can pay off THEIR loans, and if you wanna get out of jail you have to skip a turn to consult a bail bonds man to take out MORE money for that, and at the end of the game who ever actually has money or properties that the bank hasn’t seized and the least debt, wins

pass go is the same, you can still make money, but it’s way harder to keep it, it’s fucked up and probably not even fun, but still

why is it that other then actual punk people, punk music seems to be listened to by like assholes who like the loud noise and aesthetic without ACTUALLY LISTENING TO THE MEANING in the song?

like i have seen soooo many assholes that are like a lil 💫𝓶𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓰𝔂𝓷𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓬💫 and listen to and call themselves punk without understanding the basis of punk

now i’m not punk, i like the music and the morals and values behind it and align myself with those values, but the clothing and aesthetic itself doesn’t appeal to me as someone more “girly”

this being said i don’t mean to gatekeep for a group i am not a part of, but just understanding the BASIC VALUES behind punk i can say

you 👏 can’t 👏 be 👏 punk 👏 and 👏 conservative

you can’t call yourself punk just cause you like the music! it’s loud and cool but if you don’t get the values and practices behind it then don’t call yourself punk! you just like music, don’t try and get in with it cause it looks cool and unique when you don’t even believe in it!
