Curses! A Spooky Dating Sim Coming Soon

A forgotten oath. A city that never sleeps. And an ancient curse.

You are the adopted child of a mediums for the rich and famous. While you know your loving parents are simply clever con-artists, you have had the ability to see (and attract) the supernatural for as long as you can remember … but you’ve always seen it as a curse.

Your senior year of university, you move across the country to the big city of Soul, hoping you can finally have a normal life.

But when dealing with spirits, life is anything but normal.

You will meet 5 different people who claim they can help you with your curse—if you use your natural spiritual talents to help them with theirs first. Some curses are simple, like always having bad luck with tests—others are dark and dangerous.

But it looks like you’ll be spending quite some time together, so maybe spirits aren’t the only thing you’ll find in this city.

Original art and characters, fantastical stories, and magical supernatural worlds. Immerse yourself in a story of mischievous ghosts, demons, adventure and romance in Honey & Co.’s debut dating sim: Curses! A LGBTQ+ dating sim with 5 routes (and a secret 6th route 😳). There are romanceable male, female, non-binary, trans LIs and also an ace route, each have a 15 chapters and good and bad endings.

We are doing this project out of our own passion, motivation, and spite and hope to release the game on Steam and Itch.io. i made this back when i thought Curses was going to be a mobile game instead of a pc game. But I’m happy with how it turned out so I’m making it a bookmark.

Maybe one day I’ll get to turn it into phone game… Gotta get this one published first

Hello to everyone, old and new! Dev Honey here

I wanted to apologize for how long it has taken to make this game. It was a much different world when I started this project. My amazing, talented friends who have also worked so so hard to make this beautiful game reality have also undertaken new responsibilities and burdens that leave us with less free time than we'd like.

BUT!! We are so so so SOOO close to finishing!!!

All there is left to do is fix some bug issues in the menu screen, add the credits, and test the game. That's it. The game almost 4 years in the making will be ready.

If you're interested in play testing, feel free to send an ask in the message box, DM me, or even just leave a note under this post. If you decide to play test, we'll add you to the credits page. After all, you helped make the game just a little bit better :)

A cooking show where every episode, the chef gets possessed by the ghost of a random person of another era, who then proceeds to cook something that they personally enjoyed as a meal while they were alive.

It remains unclear how, regardless from the historical time and place, every single "guest star" seems to have a full understanding of what a cooking show is, and also how to operate a modern kitchen. While there is no overarching plot, different context clues heavily imply that the host chef is somehow a very easy person to possess, and there are so, so many souls from all eras of human history who would love to hop in to experience the pleasure of getting to cook one more really nice meal.
