journal entry the day before going back to the psychiatric crisis ward, and it sound ridiculous to say but the only relief I had over these days has been imagining myself as a deer to the point i was believing internally i was one, frolicking through the fields with my deer friends, where i lived, the grass i was eating, and i could feels my ears and tail.

Please never lose your life to your mental health: I told my partner before I went into the ward that I was going because I want to die with schizoaffective, not die from it.
