Her Lore:

She is Orion Pax's mentor/mother. She was a miner's archivist whose dream was to be promoted a higher rank so that her and Orion could live a better life. One day she was told she would be getting a promotion after informing Sentinel Prime with information she found on how to how find the Matrix of Leadership, only to find herself getting smelted because they couldn't risk her finding out about their secret. They claimed her death was a "work accident" to the public as a cover up to avoid suspicions. Her passing ended up being one of the main reasons why Orion tries to help other miners since no one outside of their coworkers care about them dying.

Ciro Nieli ("Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!", Warner Bros Animation "Teen Titans", Marvel Animation "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes", Nickelodeon Animation Studios "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and Hasbro Entertaiment "Transformers Earthspark") shared concept art of a proposed "Gargoyles" reboot/sequel series that he pitched at Disney Television Animation in 2020.

Sadly the project would get passed due the COVID-19 cuts at Disney Television Animation alongside an original show idea he had "Weirdo Pizza". These cuts also affected other scrapped projects like "Weird Waters" by Jacob Hair and Bob Bowen, "Planet Runaway" and a Untitled "Lockjaw/Marvel" project by Ben Balistreri as well a yet to be revealed project by "Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil" and "Gravity Falls" alumni Sage Cotugno.

A live-action reboot of the series for Disney+ is currently in development at Disney Television Studios and Atomic Monster with Gary Dauberman (Warner Bros "Anabelle" franchise, Paramount Pictures "Street Fighter") as showrunner and James Wan and Michael Clear (A24 "Backrooms") as executive producers. Dauberman would mention that the project was still alive in April 2025 during Wondercon 2025.

"Back in 2020 I was working at Disney TV Animation development. One of the projects I touched upon was the now classic, Gargoyles. My pitch was a respectful and simple continuation of the series: Canmore, with the Grimorium Arcanium, casts the Gargoyles back into a deep sleep while he overtakes the 5 Burroughs of NYC with crime lords and monster beasts. 25 years later, in 2020, once police commissioner, Eliza Masa, raises the Gargoyles from their spell and the fight to take back the city begins. The art choice was a streamlined look, because I wanted full 2D animation and was reluctant to change the established core aesthetic. More on the fact that TFA Megop doesn't even know each other bit

I LOVE how even fanfic authors KNOWS that they do in fact DOES NOT know each other at all.

If there is a long fic of Tfa Megop with a bunch of chapters and more than 10,000 words. 90% of the time, there will always be a moment where-

Tfa!Megs: I didn't know you like to read

Tfa!Op: there's a lot of things you don't know about me

Tfa!Op: I didn't know you still wrote poems.

Tfa!Megs: Well, as you can see Little autobot, it's still a hobby of mine.

And it's always in there! ALWAYS!

If not, then it's just a different version of it!

Unlike the other versions, Tfa!Megop has the opportunity to learn each other's personal vices and virtues for the first time ever.

An experience that almost NONE of the other Megops will experience ever again (apart from Earthspark), since they practically knew everything about each other- and Even Earthspark have that bit since Megatron turn over a new life, but they still knew what the other like!

That's what fighting-for-a-million-years does to an old couple.

But Tfa? Nope!

Tfa!Megatron will always find Tfa!Optimus' love for the right history to be honorable and Op is always surprising Megatron on how knowledgeable he is! Witty? Sure, every Autobot knows how to throw a weak insult, but Optimus can actually give insults and comments related to the actual conversation they're having, and not just throwing it out for the sake of being intimitidating. And it always makes him wonder why this Autobot is stuck on space-bridge duty! Surely this capable Autobot isn't being looked down by the Autobot council? Surely? (Sarcasm). Preposterous! Such curiosity over the war! I shall give him access to my personal libraries, and answer all of his questions!

While Tfa!Optimus will always find Tfa!Megatron's poems to be admirable! Tfa!Op reading all of his poems, connecting the dots of their history by reading the datapads on Megatron's personal library (there is at least 3-4 fics of Megatron giving Op access for it- DO NOT ASK ME for the names- I genuinely forgot)- Op understanding why the rebellion happened in the first place, being angry at the Autobot council while at the same time, disappointed on how Megatron escalated the war- AND at the same time-! Horrified at just how much crimes the Autobot committed!

And their witty banter? They always say that they don't enjoy it and that Megs is just keeping the Autobot in his toes and Op claiming that he only do it so that he won't get killed. But that witty banter is where they always bloom, Optimus sharing all of his knowledge and opinions that Megatron haven't heard at all, and said philosophical words coming from an academy Autobot? He never heard of such things!

And Megatron, in all of those fics.. Is always there to explain, sharing his sides and insights, and understand where Optimus is going with this, (50% is where Megatron grieved about his action, the other half is Megatron being angry for Optimus for even daring to criticize his actions).

Prime!Megop always have them weeping over their shared and lost history together. Bayverse are practically at each other's throat (literally). G1 and IDW both mourn but accepted that their history will forever leave a scar in their sparks. Don't even get me started on TfOne Megop- just, *sniffs* just don't. While shattered glass has Sg!Optimus knowing everything about Sg!Megatron while the poor Megs has to force himself to adapt to Sg!Op's personality.

But Tfa? There are always learning about each other, no matter the story, no matter the timeline.

Everything is always a first to them.

And that's something, that none of the other MegOp pair can have once again.

Prime!Megs: But I-

Idw!Megs: Trapping your amnesiac Orion on the ship where he has no one else to talk to but you, does not count.

G1!Megs: You barely kept him for a week.

Es!Megs: Ugh, just the idea of removing memories to a mech is already horrible, but for you take advantage of it? Unbelievable.

Prime!Megs: Oh please, all of you would do the same if you saw your enemies at their weakest-! Except you, Shattered- I at least tried it.

G1!Megs: and failed.

Prime!Megs: You have a copy of your Optimus prime rotting in your closet, identical from the way his mask move and from the sway of his hips. Did anyone else did that? No, only you. And even if I did, why would I keep that copy on my berthroom.

Bay Megatron: And that was after he deactivated the 13 Prime in their universe. And he even took one of their T-Cogs to make himself stronger.
