What I truly appreciate about Sacred Sound Healing is that it is structured for exactly that.
Each chapter has been broken down into these wonderful bite-size pieces that allow time for me to process and integrate the suggested practices. Self-love in action, nice and easy.
Here is what I LOVE about this program; the impact and the shifts that occur when one of these beautiful little nuggets of wisdom hits home.
The audio tracks are quite clear and easy to consume.
I felt like all of this is wisdom and knowledge truly came from what Jace has witnessed and experienced in life.
There is also very warm and compassionate energy around this program.
My greatest takeaway is that all I really need to do is focus on what strengthens my connection to the Universe and Spirit within.
