Take note of every time you become angry or irritated, and the type of things that make you angry. Write down what you feel, what part of your body reacts to your anger, and why you feel the way you do.

1.Ask yourself, Is it coming from your inner child/teenager?

2.Are they angry with you? If so why? If not you, who?

3.What are they angry about?

4.How can they make peace with it?

5.In your upbringing, How was anger dealt with by you and your family?

6.How do you cope with anger now?

7.Are you quick or slow to anger? Why ?

8. Do you find yourself often on the defensive? Why? What are you protecting yourself from? Is it always a rightful feeling or just a precaution?
