😍📖🎉What a whirlwind of a #reading . My first #contemporaryromance in a long time as part of #2019readingchallenge. @sallythorneauthor #thehatinggame is such a fantastical fantasy of a #romance. I had heart-shaped pupils pretty much throughout the whole time I've read it. Ari's and Dante's relationship is sweet and pure yet intense. If you don't cry by the end you are made of stronger stuff than I am.😭 This is my last book in contemporary #ya for a year as I venture into #romance genre. This was the perfect transition. ❤️Pride by @ibizoboi It’s my 3rd book in #readingchallenge2019 Perfect tribute to Austen’s #prideandprejudice and #bushwick . I spent a week in Bushwick on @s0lsticio couch and loved every minute of it. 😍 Our last 🌙 was spent on the roof (just like the one described in Pride). We ate homemade, slightly melted orange 🍰 and drank cheap 🍾 from the store on the corner, watched the Manhattan skyline, and the rooftops of Brooklyn. First book of 2019: The Dark Artifices: Queen of Air and Darkness by @officialcassandraclare . Even though I have been reading Cassie for 15 years she can still make me look silly on the public transportation when I laugh myself off the seat;) This is the first in 52 books that I’ll read in 2019. 13 different genres (from #ya through #suspense and #scifi to #poetry and #mythsandlegends), 4 books/genre. Each week I’ll draw a title from a meticulously compiled list of 8 books in each category.
