No, it is to the Dreaming that Sacrifice goes whenever she has given too much. It is within the Dreaming that she is granted some measure of rest while her shattered soul mends itself back together. Sometimes only for a few minutes, others decades. Usually she sleeps, but not always (for rest can be found in waking as it can in dreaming) and it has been so since she first stepped forward and said “I will take their place.”Â
